Got UberEats. Listen, I understand that it's annoying to do your job at all hours of your shift, but that doesn't mean you should take it out on the customer. We ordered 3 Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches, 1 Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal (with a soft taco, and cherry Pepsi) as well as sauces and Cinnamon Twists. They did not give us the twists, the tacos were messy, lacking a lot of cheese, cold, and made my boyfriend feel sick after eating. The quesadilla was the bare minimum. Cold solid cheese on less than half of each slice of quesadilla, lackluster chicken portion, which was rubbery and gross. The drink did not come with a straw. We ordered this at around 1am, they close at 1:30. It got to us and left the building at least 10 minutes before close. There's no excuse to treat a customer like this. I used to work fast food, and it sucked when someone came in right before close, but I didn't prepare their food worse than others. Because I’m not a complete jerk. Unacceptable behavior from tonight's crew.

Really no excuse to be waiting this long for a mobile order. Its so annoying that drive through is prioritized over inside orders. Nothing is more infuriating then seeing cars pull up order there food and drive off. 30 fn min. Add a refund button to the app so we can just refund and go somewhere else. Unacceptable.

As soon as you walk in it had an odor like sewer. It was a little warm inside for being the temperature that it was outside. The staff seem busy getting out orders but no greeting no goodbyes no asking if you want any kind of condiments napkins fork spoons so customer service sucked

Pulled up to the window and waited for a response but nothing happened so I left, sadly becoming more and more common as the days go. Sad to see good service is really hard to find let alone being serviced at all, what an embarrassing experience
Do not like the food anymore. Please go back to the old recipe! You took all the good food off the menu . The price went up and quality down Don’t mind prices but do mind how it tastes The screens on the order computer was Dirty! Lots of germs
