By far, the stupidest employees. After i asked 3 times to correct my order on the screen, and she said she did, i get my destination to enjoy my food, and it's still wrong. What a disappointment

My wife and I dined in Saturday around 5pm or so and saw people coughing on food and witnessed the chubby female in charge yelling at an employee and slamming her fist down and literally telling her she's too slow. The girl came in to start her shift and that transpired 5 min later. I mean cmon. I couldnt believe how agressive and unprofessional this woman was being toward this poor girl who was just trying to do her job. What a low class individual...I was going to apply for a management job there but absolutely not. We didnt even touch our food. We also watched and heard everything. Furthermore, she was incredibly rude when we brought the food back and asked nicely for someone else to remake it and we will definitely not be back. Not to mention the food was gross looking and not made correctly with missing items. She was too busy yelling at her own employees instead of taking care of her customers. This place is straight up garbage. I wouldn't eat here if I were you. You might seriously walk out with salmonella with the way they handle food. So please be careful folks and avoid this restraunt all together.

The food at the Tatum and Bell Taco Bell is gone way downhill the tostada shells are old and tasty funny the cheese is old and the lettuce and tomatoes soggy, will not be going back to them anymore.

The taco bell has some amazing options. They staff has been friendly all the times i visit them. Once they heard my order wrong and when I mentioned it, they went ahead and helped me filling it with my order. I am glad I took this store for my food cravings

There hasn't been one time this location has got an order correct. I'll avoid coming here for a month or two, come back hoping maybe they just had a bad crew... Nah, it's every crew.
The tacos are stuck to the wrappers, crumbled, stale or taste like straight saw dust. I just scratch my head every time I leave here: "how are they this bad this consistently?" and "why do I keep giving them a chance?" No more, I say!

I asked for avocado ranch dressing Employee made sure to charge me.
Weird workers and even worse food. Came in at 12:30 am and literally no one was in line, but McDonald’s next door was popping, so that alone is telling. I was stupid enough to give this Taco Bell a chance despite this fact, and got F’d. Ordered a simple order of only a cheesy bean burrito and the box. For the cheesy bean burrito, I have no idea what I got but it consisted of tons of runny beans, sauce and onions. Not the actual cheesy bean burrito and it was gross as well. The box came with a chicken chalupa which was also gross and nasty chicken. All the other items was tasted weird and runny. I should’ve seen the writing on the wall and taken the previous reviews serious. Lesson learned!

Not sure what is up with this location. The order is never correct. Every time I leave the drive through I have to go back in. My husband ordered a chicken chalupa and there was pretty much nothing in it, all he got was bread. I also had to go back in to get my beef chalupa because it was missing. Any time I ask for extra anything (which they don’t forget to charge for) it’s never there. I will be going to a different location from now on!

Every time I order Taco Bell from Uber Eats they never bring me hot sauce. I’m sorry I don’t remember to ask for it, but that should be a natural thing right? Just bring at least mild sauce.
