The ambience is amazing. The service was excellent. The reason for the less than 5 star review is our steak was sent back several times due to not being cooked to our order. Being a steakhouse we expected much better. The manager was sorry and made it right for us. We were unable to eat our meals at the same time and it put a damper on the experience
We had the most amazing dinner and dessert. Ambiance was outstanding, our waiter was terrific. We give it a solid 10! Definitely going back soon.
We were not particularly pleased with our visit here. The service was really slow, which probably influenced my overall opinion. The menu is interesting, but very limited on seafood. Two of us got paella, which was just okay; one got branzino, which was good; and one got steak, which was not very good. It's a no ce restaurant, but we were disappointed.
My wife and I had a 9pm NYE reservation for the $200/pp prix fixe menu. The website (and a phone call confirmation) indicated the attached Onyx Bar and Lounge would host a NYE party with DJ until 2am, which was a key reason we chose this restaurant. We were looking forward to a great experience, at an upscale venue (with accompanying service expectations), and a fun bar and dj environment to bring in the new year. Upon arrival, we were told our table needed to be cleaned and were given a glass of champagne while we waited. Despite arriving on time, we watched multiple parties (both larger and smaller) arrive after us and be seated first. We were finally seated about 20 minutes later. As my wife was the only Black patron in the dining room, the experience was uncomfortable and left us questioning the inconsistency. The first course was a bread course and didn't arrive until 10pm (a full hour after our initial reservation and 40 minutes after we were finally seated). While waiting for our bread and butter to arrive, we ordered the wine pairing ($80/pp). The server poured the first pairing of champagne and dropped the bottle on the table, half of which ended up in my lap soaking my pants. They promply cleaned it up and offred me extra napkins, but little further attention to the incident. Service throughout the evening remained slow and inattentive. While we understand NYE is busy, the level of service fell well below expectations for both the price point and the Four Seasons brand. We ultimately had to rush to have our server close out our bill at 11:45pm just to hurr to get to the bar and order a drink before midnight, cutting short what should have been a celebratory evening. To add to the disappointment, the DJ and bar that were marketed as being open utnil 2am shut down at 12:30am. Overall, this was an underwhelming and frustrating way to ring in the new year.
Excellent food, service and beautiful location. Would definitely go again for a special occasion.
The tea experience was wonderful the service could have been better. We waited quit a while to be sat (and we had a reservation) but we received our food towers and tea quickly, but that was where the quickness ended. Our waitress never came to check on us once we got our towers. We then asked a sever walking by to refill our tea and water that never happened. So I then had to grab our server to do it, because we finally saw her walk by and she was not planning to stop by our table. After that we did get checked on more but it was about 30 minutes of waiting. The food and tea were amazing and soo cute. Would we go again yes, just hope for better service next time, but the resort is beautiful and everyone was very friendly!
Understanding the holiday season, potential staffing occurrences and shift turn over; after having dined and stayed at other Four Seasons, while also paying for resort ‘high-tea' experiences elsewhere - this was extremely below par. Positives: All the staff was kind, greeted us and accommodated our groups tardiness. Negatives: For $100 a person with no alcohol included, $40 for a child with no deviated menu - the table was plagued with waiting for drinks and constantly asking for things. The savory food came out fast (before any tea or drinks), it was tasty while the sweets felt like yesterday's. I only enjoyed one cup of tea as someone at the table asked for more hot water, the tea kettles were taken away and returned a great deal later over steeped and undrinkable.
Hosting family with toddlers and the did a fantastic job. Gave us the space we needed for strollers. Food was so fresh and beautifully presented. Truly a memorable experience! Highly recommend.
Great ambience. kathleen's service was the highlight. Everyone at the resort was great but her service during our dinner was memorable.
The food options are limited, especially when it comes to vegetables. Given the $80 price, it would be great to see more variety, like peppers, tomatoes, carrots, omelets, etc.

The ambiance and location is spectacular at sunset; the service was very proactive and responsive and even took special care to acknowledge the birthday we were celebrating. The food is top notch! The Wagyu steak is some of the best I have ever had! Will definitely return and bring friends!
Worst afternoon tea we have ever been to and we've gone around the world at various places for tea! The service was slow and inadequate like forgetting spoons and our drinks. The room was being set for dinner so they clearly did not care about the current customers. Food was visually appealing but mostly awful tasting. The tea tasted like warm kool aid and the strainer pots they used don't keep it warm or strain it properly. With 20% auto grat and tax almost $300 for poor service, bad ambience and terrible food. I cannot recommend. Go to English Rose Tea Room where it's done right and half the cost.
Beautiful location and great high tea. I think there could be a few more savory pieces and less sweets, especially at 1 pm and given the price. Everything tasted wonderful except for some large muffin that was hard, dry and tasteless. Great level of detail with gold leaf, flowers etc. The waiter was friendly and attentive always refilling our tea pots with hot water. Perfect way to spend a few hours with girlfriends.
Brought my family here for Thanksgiving brunch. Amazing service and great variety of food options, paired with an awesome view, made it memorable. Thank you!
Enjoyed our beautiful Saturday high tea for a special occasion and can't wait to try again. Service, the treats and ambiance were wonderful!
