The ambience is amazing. The service was excellent. The reason for the less than 5 star review is our steak was sent back several times due to not being cooked to our order. Being a steakhouse we expected much better. The manager was sorry and made it right for us. We were unable to eat our meals at the same time and it put a damper on the experience

We were not particularly pleased with our visit here. The service was really slow, which probably influenced my overall opinion. The menu is interesting, but very limited on seafood. Two of us got paella, which was just okay; one got branzino, which was good; and one got steak, which was not very good. It's a no ce restaurant, but we were disappointed.

The tea experience was wonderful the service could have been better. We waited quit a while to be sat (and we had a reservation) but we received our food towers and tea quickly, but that was where the quickness ended. Our waitress never came to check on us once we got our towers. We then asked a sever walking by to refill our tea and water that never happened. So I then had to grab our server to do it, because we finally saw her walk by and she was not planning to stop by our...
