After many visits to talking stick resort, we finally tried Tash and so happy we did. Our server, Amaya, was wonderful. We had the meatballs, cauliflower, and pizza. All were very good. The decor inside the restaurant is beautiful as are the views around the valley. We took our drinks outside after dinner and even got to see a large group of wild horses. So glad we finally tried Tash!

The atmosphere and service were terrific. The menu must change frequently because what I had planned to order based on reviews was no longer available. The pizza was very good, the drinks are overpriced, I would not recommend the flavorless meatballs, however, the scallops are to die for, and my only reason for a return visit.

Dinner and a show. Go give TASH a try. Reasonably priced, excellent food, calm atmosphere, scenic views, staff was superb. We usually order at will but scaled it back with the show coming up. We ordered two starters and one entrée. No alcohol. 104$ with cash tip on top. It's not expensive at all. Can't say it enough the food it was spectacular. Pictured : Mushroom risotto, Jamon Serrano with wood-fired bread. On the board is Burrata cheese (white ball) super soft, spread out was apricot-fig jam stand out perfect, thinly sliced Serrano ham and olives with artichokes. For our entrée we ordered Sea Scallops with Gnocchi a la Pesto Rosso. gnocchi is a soft potato. This dish was so delicious. Don't be afraid go there and enjoy. Let's not forget the sweets 2 desserts times two oops. LOL. Lemon Curd Mousse with Lavender Shortbread Cookies, Wood Oven Chocolate Torta. Both were awesome. Make a reservation.

This place was a treat. Presentation was amazing. I had the whole cauliflower and Meze appetizers Well, dining alone on a business trip and it was well more than I could handle.
Staff was friendly and attentive, but seemed a little distracted. May have been getting ready for a larger party.

We arrived around 930pm, they close at 11pm so we were just in time. Seated right away, cute spot with a DJ playing. They also have seating outside with a fire for those colder nights. We shared a pizza it was yummy and I ordered a lemon drop martini that was perfect. So glad we decided to stop by, I will be back!

Great food, did reservations but really didnt need them. Wasnt busy, plenty of seating, Monday night. Staff was good, ambiance was nice and good window seats.
Had pizza and spicy shrimp...both done very well. Kinda hard to find, but head to the rewards counter and walk up the colored light steps.

Tash –A Perfect Valentine’s Dinner Experience
We had an incredible Valentine’s dinner at Tash, and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
We began with drinks— I had a smoked tequila and mezcal cocktail, which was rich and perfectly balanced, while my wife enjoyed an espresso martini that was smooth and well-crafted.
For appetizers, we went with the Brussels sprouts, and they were hands down the best we’ve ever had. If you’re a Brussels sprouts fan, this is a must-order!
For our entrées, my wife had the lobster ravioli, which was packed with fresh lobster and bursting with flavor. I had the king salmon over ratatouille, and it was cooked to perfection—the flavors complemented each other beautifully.
Beyond the food, the ambiance was fantastic. The restaurant has plenty of space, so it never felt overcrowded. The music was great, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.
Overall, Tash delivered an amazing dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a spot with delicious food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Came here with a large group and we all loved our food. Good variety of options with a Mediterranean and Spanish flare and a nice cocktail and mocktail menu. You also have beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. My only complaint is that the service was a little slow but it gave us time to spend in each other’s company. I would definitely come back.
