TeaTime recently catered a tea party for my 6 year old daughter and a few of her friends and we had an above and beyond experience with them!!! Communication was fantastic- Marion always responded quickly and was very friendly. They accommodated multiple dietary restrictions and included personalized menus with descriptions. The presentation was very cute and most importantly, the food was delicious!! We can’t recommend TeaTime enough. They also very generously gifted our experience to PANDA (a local nonprofit that benefits sick children), which is truly a reflection of Marion and her team.

Sorry we're out..... this needs to be the store slogan. The teas are not only all incredibly delicious, they are visually appealing as well. Reasonable prices and cool drinks for the win this summer. Drink shown is a summer special called cactus cooler.

We had an okay time and enjoyed high tea. There was an issue with the reservation and they accomodated our party of three but not without emphasizing I made the reservation incorrectly at least six times. It seemed punitive and for that reason I will not return in the future.

Delicious teas and great customer service. They are really good a helping you pick out the tea that fits your taste. We had ice teas bc of the heat outside and it was really refreshing. Staff was helpful and very nice!

I went here this weekend for a small birthday get together and was pleasantly surprised. We had an afternoon tea reservation and one of our guests had a nut allergy that they were able to accommodate (her stuff looked even better than the basic menu!). All of our treats and sandwiches were absolutely superb and presented beautifully. I absolutely adore all of the details in the tableware they have!
With afternoon tea, you get 3 pots of any tea from their selection. They were out of a few teas but there's so many options that we still found 3 we absolutely adored. They'll also let you smell teas to help you make your selections. Overall, such a wonderful and unique experience and I hope to be able to visit here again very soon!

Went here for Mother’s Day Tea and it was so unorganized. The ambiance, the service and the food was all over the place. That is not the reason for the two stars though.
We had a gluten free person at our table (table of 4, including kids) which they accommodated but kept forgetting that one is us was gluten free and kept bringing food that was regular and then when reminded would bring the gluten free. Not a problem. They brought us a plate of sandwiches and came back a few minutes later to check on the food. I reminded her that one of us needed gluten free and she went and got it but when she came back she grabbed the plate of sandwiches that was already at table for a little while, we had eaten some of the sandwiches to adjust for the extra sandwiches (had sandwiches for four people instead of 3 ) She went to the counter right across from us, took sandwiches from the plate that had 3 servings that was meant for us and refilled the plate. Brought us the plate that was originally meant for us and SERVED the plate that had been on our table for several minutes, we touched the sandwiches and ate from it to SOMEONE ELSE!!!! This tea was not cheap. That is just unsanitary and gross.
