Fabulous place!

The assorted tea was great, just surprised that there was no rack to take some tea but you would have to ask them. And I could only find some tea that I can just grab and see but I want to see more selections

Such a charming store with so many tea options to choose from. Love the tea bar with the options to brew your own blend. Can't wait to go back.

Tea was excellent and they had a wide variety. The menu was great and everything was tasty. Favorite was the prickly pear macaroons. Its a little tight in there but they do such a good job with presentation that it became less noticeable as tea and food were served.

Dude, if i could give this place 10 stars I would there are so many different options, and being able to smell the blends first is a game changer. I only had one problem with this store... There was way too much to choose from. I wanted to try them all, so i made my husband go in and get me 2 blends I got Raspberry Kiss (black tea) and Island dreams which is green. so far so good love this place

Tea Time is truly a gem! Having the chance to purchase a brewed cup of tea to enjoy and the buy some to brew at home later. This is a very welcoming environment with a relaxing vibe. The staff are knowledgeable and gracious and if you go during the week parking is a little easier to find. If you love loose teas then this is your spot to make new discoveries.

Came for Lunch. Service was very good and helpful. Even printed a list of things to do etc created by the staff. We shared the buttermilk chicken sliders and the white bean chicken chilli and a small side salad ( not on the menu). The food was fresh, light and tasty the menu isn’t massive which is good. I also had the hibiscus iced tea as I’m currently abstaining from alcohol and it was fresh tasting and refreshing. We sat on the patio with one side booth seating. A really pleasant experience. I want to go again and try the short rib enchiladas

Adorable tea shop with a very large selection of loose tea to choose from. We stopped in to enjoy a cup of tea. The blueberry crumble is highly recommended. Caffeine free and taste delicious. I had the apple cinnamon coffee cake. I didn't care for it. I did not taste any cinnamon and to me it had an almond smell.Looks like they do Tea time where you have tea, finger sandwiches and desserts. So lovely! I would definitely like to try this next time around.

We arrived on time for a reservation for 2 on Saturday night. Old Town Scottsdale was quite busy for the Convergence Lightshow. After we were seated, no one even greeted us for 15 mins. Finally, we were given 2 glasses of water and thankfully we browsed the menu so we ordered drinks and our entire meal (since it was clear that once our server left our table that chances we’d get his attention again would be zero) Another 25 minutes later, our drinks still had not arrived…we ordered two regular cocktails. And then we saw the food ordered by a table next to us get delivered (they had been seated when we arrived). By that, we deduced we were at least another 30 minutes from receiving our food, although prospects were dim, because 27 minutes after ordering cocktails, they had yet to arrive. So we decided to just get up and leave, not having received anything but water. My general observation- this place is just not well run. The inside of the restaurant seated maybe 55 people. I’m guessing the outdoor patio is roughly equivalent, so 100 diners total. I counted 2 bartenders behind the bar, 4-5 servers, 2-3 “table cleaners/food deliverers”, and 1 hostess up front. So the fact that it was pure pandemonium when guests aren’t even greeted and given water for the first 15 minutes after being seated is a sign of a poorly run restaurant, all other variables aside. Maybe? We’ll try this place again? Although with so many good options in Scottsdale, where the service and food quality is commensurate with the price - why?

Such an amazing tea spot. The employees are so sweet and helpful! It was a nice relaxing break from the day. Thank you so much for such a great tea and experience. Lenna and Kate were the ones helping my friends and me, they are both amazing! 10/10
