We must have been invisible because the waiter never came to our table. People who were sat after us not only got beverages right away and was ordering food while we were still waiting for waiter to acknowledge we existed. He hit all the tables around us, so we just left. I love their food but this has left a bad taste with me. I will say the lady who showed us to our table was very polite and professional.

Added: My boyfriend and I come here just to get service from JB, and he is amazing. He’s very engaged with his customers and is one of the only people working who seems like he actually enjoys being there and isn’t just there to get paid. He creates good conversation and remembers us every time we come in. We had once asked him what one of his tattoos meant and without any question, he told us everything about it and even inspired us to check it out. He makes dining here amazing.

Walking through the door, I immediately felt like I was meant to be there. Everyone was so friendly and so welcoming. I’ve never been disappointed by any of the Texas Roadhouse locations. The atmosphere is great, the workers are amazing and fast with delivering the food, and the bread rolls are to die for. The kids sliders were a little disappointing the last 2 times in a row due to the dryness of the burger, but before have always been good previously! My boyfriend’s ribs were amazing and fell right off the bone, he also recommends to everyone. The price is amazing for the amount of food you get and I recommend to everyone who wants a country like vibe with great staff!

Fantastic food and Fantastic service. Its crazy that texas road house is now a staple for some of the best bang-for-your-buck when it comes to steaks out there. $32 for a 12oz ribeye and a half rack of ribs is a deal in 2025. Server was so kind and accommodating. Can't recommend them enough!

We used to be big Texas Road House fans. Went at minimum once a month. Each of the last few visits something was wrong with my husband's food and trust me he is not picky and never sends anything back. He just decided he wasn't eating there anymore. I love their filet so I convinced him to give them another chance. He had the catfish this visits and raved about it. So glad because I need my TRH filets which are always spot on.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed in our visit here, our burgers were almost raw in the middle when they were ordered well done. The waiter was kind of rude and the drinks were not very good at all. Just nothing like what we had hoped for out of Texas roadhouse.

1st time in this Texas Road House and unfortunately my last. I have been in other TRH’s in Arizona & Illinois and had a good experience. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tee but when it got it there was no boozes in it. Called the server and explained the problem and she returned after about 10 mins. with a new one. I had a NY strip and asked for it medium. When I cut into it it was red to the edges. I called our server and told her about it . She apologized and said she will be back after giving others the their food. She never came. I grabbed a different server and explained it to him and he agreed with me and said he will have the problem fixed . When he came back the steak was pretty much the same. I never did eat it. The others in our party’s (3) order were fine. When the waitress came with the bill I explained she never came back. She said she was soory, she got real busy. I told her if she couldn’t handle it she should have asked for assistance. She said she has been a server for 4 years and doesn’t need help. She did not charges me for the drink. Which was something.

I believe that honesty is always the best policy. And tonight, 9/6/2025, I honestly had one of the worst experiences at this Texas Roadhouse than I ever have in my nearly 4 years of coming here.

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. And, we had a tradition that we would always go to a steakhouse every year for our anniversary as our first date took place at one. We had gone to various places in the past but had gone to this specific Texas Roadhouse 4 years ago and have never gone anywhere else because it was always a great experience, with good food, and friendly staff. However, that changes today.

As per usual, it was busy like always. Nothing we haven't experienced before and we're usually a lot more lenient on the staff because of that. We were sat at an extremely small table in the middle of a busy dining area, a table so small and wobbly that we had to place almost everything on the floor just to have enough room to eat.

And then we ordered our food. My girlfriend and I both ordered the Boneless Ribeye, Medium. When we got our steaks, hers was perfect. However, mine was EXTREMELY well done. I don't normally gripe about a steak being a little overdone but this was like BLACK through and through, no pink at all. So, I had asked the waiter if I could potentially get me a new one because even he commented that it was very clearly Well Done and not Medium. He told me that the Manager would bring it out when it was ready.

Now, we've had an issue similar to this before here where my girlfriend had a very raw steak that took 3 refires to get to Medium. But, the way that was handled by the manager and staff was excellent so it didn't really change our opinion on the place and was more of a funny story we tell people about sometimes.

Anyway, I waited.... and waited.... and waited. And about maybe 20 minutes later the manager, who said his name was Quincy, shows up with my new steak and has me cut into it. It's very Medium Well, like borderline Well Done with close to no pink. But, I was hungry and annoyed so I just told him it was fine and just ate it anyway. Even our waiter commented on the fact that it still wasn't Medium but didn't really do much to fix it.

I finish my steak and we go to pay and the steak wasn't even comped despite the refire and the fact that it took 20 minutes and that it was still wrong. Look, I understand making mistakes. It happens. I understand it being busy so it's hard to check up on guests, I get it. But this? It just felt like we weren't cared about or respected in any way. Really left a bad taste in my mouth and we likely won't be returning for our 8 year anniversary next year because of it. I'm sad to see how far you guys have fallen since the last time we came. It's a real shame.

Went around 3pm on a Saturday and was seated instantly. Service wad friendly and quick. Got the steak and loaded potato and greatly enjoyed.
