Thai Chili 2 Go has great food and quick turnaround, it’s one of our top lunch spots, especially for my wife who absolutely loves it. The flavors are consistently solid, and the portions are just right. That said, the main reason for the 4-star rating is the shift toward full self-service. While the convenience is nice, it takes away from the personal touch and customer service experience we used to enjoy. Still a dependable and tasty option for a casual meal.

We loved and ordered bi weekly. The last 3 orders have been SO over salted you only taste salt. Disappointed and will reconsider future purchases

The Tom Yum soup was good, not authentic but still flavorful and spicy.

The Drunken Noodles weren’t great. Way too many thick chunks of green pepper. Also had zucchini and fried tofu. The tofu was not edible. Felt like a waste of money.

The white rice tasted stale.

Worst Thai Food I have ever had…Pad Thai had no Egg, no Tamarind, no Lime, no Peanut…they also added Bean Sprouts when I requested I did not want them. They Forgot my drink…They shorted me a Thai Gai Roll…Overall a terrible experience and proof that some restaurants have stopped caring about serving a solid product.

Apparently, I asked for hot but they didn't add any spice level what so ever. The fried rice had nothing but rice and protein. My first time here and wasn't expecting this. May be its coz I went at the time of closing. Hope it gets better.

Horrible place! Came in to pick up food that should’ve been ready when I got there. They said just 5-10 more minutes. Of course +30 minutes go by and I go up to the counter for the worker to tell me they haven’t even started it and it’ll take 15 more minutes. If I didn’t go up to check then who knows if they ever would’ve started it. Then I ask for a managers or corporate number and of course there is no answer. How are you going to have people waiting 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived? They didn’t even have no explanation other then were backed up. You’re so backed up you couldn’t even start it? Then inform the customer so they’re not waiting. Horrible place and not worth the hassle when there are 100s of restaurants in a couple mile radius. Horrible.

I came here for the first time yesterday and I’m already back again. You get to completely customize what you want and they cook it for you. The food is delicious. Also, Tre at the front is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He really helped me and was genuinely kind.

High quality Thai. Especially recommend the pad thai. Service is friendly and professional. Because it was busy and my order took a bit longer than anticipated, the manager offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited, which was a nice gesture and I appreciated.
