Cheesecake Factory has always been a go-to when we can't decide where to go for dining. The Scottsdale location has the best restaurant manager, offering great service and good food.

Lexi was our server. She was amazing! Very attentive and personal yet not bothersome.
Food was delicious.
Avocado egg rolls are a must.
Fish tacos and Asian chicken tacos. Lexi helped my wife with a special order.
Alittle on the expensive side for us...but always great food!
One of the reasons we go for happy hour... appetizers and some food items are much cheaper.

We had a problem with our food on a recent visit to this location but management was extremely kind and made everything more than right. I was extremely blown away and impressed by their hospitality and willingness to offer exemplary support. The staff is always very friendly and kind and really make our experience very enjoyable. Our meatloaf and mashed potatoes along with chicken and waffles were fantastic and the lemon raspberry cheesecake was phenomenal! Thank you for the excellent service, food, and customer service and we hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Phoenix, Az! Lil quirk in the meal order, however 2 Levels of Mgmt came to our table to ensure Customer Service Satisfaction was obtained! And it was… Thumbs Up & Thank You for the Excellent Do over to the Management staff at this restaurant! Very much appreciated!

Horrific disgusting beyond grease - dripping in old smelly oil - last 2 orders trash - never returning after 40yrs +...

The food was outstanding, as always, the service, still needed some work. You don't bring somebody a cup of coffee without bringing a spoon. Also didn't bring out the sugar and cream, these are just things that you normally bring out.
Had to ask for all condiments.

This rating is more about our server then the restaurant. Was very unattentive. I have absolutely no doubt our food was sitting under heat lamps for some time. My wife's food was very good so that's why getting three stars. Her Pina colada margarita was very good as well. My food was meh because it was luke warm and dry.

Had the Sliders with ff ordered no salt on ff extra pickles on sliders came out perfect excellent service and meal
