I had the Cobb salad here and it was delicious and hearty. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is very nice. I recommend this location over the Biltmore location because the Biltmore location is dated and a bit dreary. Keirland location is great EXCEPT for parking during the holidays....horrible parking situation.
I want to give the BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO OUR SERVER HUNTER! My fiancée & I just had dinner here & we had such a lovely time! The food was delicious & everything came out super quickly but the highlight of our experience was Hunter. She was super sweet & authentic with us, she came & checked in with us often but never hovered or made us feel overwhelmed. She really went above & beyond though at the very end when we were leaving, I forgot my phone at the table...
Other than what seems to me to be excessive prices for noodles and sauce and a little meat, we always enjoy our experience at the Factory, The cheesecakes and other desserts are amazing. We will return for special occasions in the future, thank you!
