The manager with blue hair is very disrespectful, we came in and got our drinks but she had such an attitude, and she treated us like we were stupid, and I get people have bad days but don’t put it on other people.

Every time I've been here the employees have been amazing. Kind, helpful, and patient. Great coffee, clean store, convenient location for me, and I love their Cinnamon streusel muffins ? ?☕

Iconic SoCal coffee chain with a couple locations in Scottsdale. Comfy seats and great blended drinks ( I believe they were the first coffee chain to offer blended coffee drinks) .

We came here to enjoy some coffee and chat. The leather chairs were perfect for having a conversation and the drinks were great. Busy but not crowded. Great location and will bring others back here for meetings.

Great place for coffee, tea and refreshing drinks. They had a wide variety of coffee and tea offerings including Vietnamese coffee and matcha. You can also get their brown tea boba in any drink. The space is clean and inviting.

Glad I gave this location a chance. I had been to the one a little north of here and I hated it .. after a year I gave bean and tea lead another chance but at this location and I'm glad I did. The barista was a totally sweetheart, she had a little covering on her head that was adorable.. anyway. Thank you !!

They advertise a light roast on their website and even on the board when you walk in. But they only had a dark (gross) and a medium brewed. Fine.Can you do a pour over light? Nope.“Why not?” No response.
