The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This morning I got the Jasmin tea. This was a ritual I did once a week. The two girls I saw working there forgot to put the Jasmin in my tea. Pretty much served me sugar water. I even took a picture. Two people that were working missed this?

I don’t make much money. It’s hard to wanna spend it when you don’t even get the main ingredient.

I had an item missing in an order and their manager was so kind! She compensated me and made me not feel like an inconvenience for mentioning it. Thank you!

Unfortunately this isn't the first time employees have acted annoyed when customers are being served. First time I witnessed it while in line. This time I was in the drive through. It was Sat , Jun 29 at 9a. Gencia I believe was her name. Young long dark hair with long lash extensions. I asked questions regarding a new drink. And then clarified a menu item and communicationed that there was a printing error on the menu board. I felt she was disturbed then. I then come up to pay. Mind you we had no interaction when up at the window. She takes my payment gives me my hot food with no napkins. I wait ask for napkins when she returned and then as she is closing the door rolls her eyes
and mumbles "Hope you have a better day" Of course she didn't return to the window. To think I paid for this service. Had I had time I would have asked for a refund.

The coffee bean next to me closes at 7pm and on Apple Maps it says this coffee bean is open till 8pm. I drove 15 minutes away even though I have a Starbucks right next to me cause I love coffee beans coffee only to see they are closed. & This location specially doesn’t let Apple customers leave real reviews, so here I am.

I love the people at this location they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and the space is very comfortable. I would love to see more people there to make sure we keep this place in the neighborhood :-)

I go here when I’m running late for work in the morning since there never seems to be a line. Their coffee is pretty okay, but their food is disgusting. I’ve tried 3 separate things: 1). honey ham and Swiss croissant- save your money! There’s a little piece of ham in the middle of the ring croissant, mine had no cheese as well. 2). The grilled cheese that they asked me if I wanted warmed up…it’s a grilled cheese it’s supposed to be hot! Subpar, don’t waste your money. 3).And then today I ordered the chorizo, cheese, potato, egg burrito- I threw it away after one bite. The tortilla was so THICK and doughy in the middle, and filling was so dry and disgusting, even the cholula couldn’t save it. Don’t waste your time or money. There’s 3 other coffee spots within half a mile of this place that are actually worth the money, save your energy.

I liked their house brew, and enjoyed the lounge vibes to sip my drink and read. The cashiers were pleasant as well. I discount a star for the bacon egg burrito I ordered -it was kind of meh. Besides that, I'd come back here...I wish the prices were cheaper but it's comparable to Starbucks.
