I love the people at this location they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and the space is very comfortable. I would love to see more people there to make sure we keep this place in the neighborhood :-)

I go here when I’m running late for work in the morning since there never seems to be a line. Their coffee is pretty okay, but their food is disgusting. I’ve tried 3 separate things: 1). honey ham and Swiss croissant- save your money! There’s a little piece of ham in the middle of the ring croissant, mine had no cheese as well. 2). The grilled cheese that they asked me if I wanted warmed up…it’s a grilled cheese it’s supposed to be hot! Subpar, don’t waste your money. 3).And then today I ordered the chorizo, cheese, potato, egg burrito- I threw it away after one bite. The tortilla was so THICK and doughy in the middle, and filling was so dry and disgusting, even the cholula couldn’t save it. Don’t waste your time or money. There’s 3 other coffee spots within half a mile of this place that are actually worth the money, save your energy.

I liked their house brew, and enjoyed the lounge vibes to sip my drink and read. The cashiers were pleasant as well. I discount a star for the bacon egg burrito I ordered -it was kind of meh. Besides that, I'd come back here...I wish the prices were cheaper but it's comparable to Starbucks.

We were on our way to Taliesin West and stopped here for a snack. The atmosphere was nice pleasant and the latte was good too. The people who worked here were friendly.

I’ve never seen a brand new place be so dirty. Floor and tables were filthy. Drinks were fine.

First visit to my fairly new neighborhood coffee shop. Nice vibe on a rainey Sunday morning.Kid-friendliness: Several kids visited and enjoyed treats.

Came here for my first time and had a good experience. They were helpful with recommending different options for coffee. I got the burrito and it was good. Clean and inviting atmosphere to hang out in. From the other reviews it seems when they opened it was a little rough, I think it’s worth another shot.

Need to get some new workers that pay attention to the drive thru.

This is a $2.99 sandwich at most honestly, probably only $1.99 sandwich they charge $6.95. The staff has no knowledge and seems to have no training. The sandwich has basically no flavor. They gave me a packet of mayonnaise and yellow mustard with it, which are gross. When I asked if they had Sriracha, they only have Cholula, gross. The dining room is absolutely beautiful. I had a drink here once previously, and it was okay at best. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, at this location, is a sad sad sad excuse for a Starbucks!!!In addition, if you look at one of my pictures, you can see what looks like a spider or some kind of bug in a brand new location is that can't be more than 3 months old, and has a bug infestation. Not to mention, I've only recently noticed in the last 5 minutes that it looks cleaner at first glance than it actually is. Most of the tables have crumbs on them and, at minimum, need to be wiped off with a sanitized rag. The floor, if you really look even a tiny little bit closely, is really in desperate need of a good sweeping. There are several places that you can tell that the floor actually does need to be mopped. I think (even though it's more expensive with less tea options. I will stick with Starbuck. At least for now.
