Spent some time with my delicious breve cold brew while waiting for my other half to pick me up from an errand. We're out-of-towners. I enjoyed knitting - blew threw many, many rows of 200 stitches in peace in the lovely environment of great smelling coffee brews and other visitors. ☕️ Cheers to all the smiling baristas!!!

I am a fan of Coffee Bean over Starbucks, Dutch Bros and other coffee chains.

The coffee is better, in my opinion. The array of drinks also are more enjoyable to my taste buds. Their basic iced latte with almond milk or oat milk is great. I also like an occasional espresso or iced matcha latte with oat milk. By far, the best matcha drinks versus other coffee shops.

The staff at this location is friendly and helpful. I find the inside of this Coffee Bean location to be comfortable and inviting. Not too big or small. It isn't usually crowded, either.

In the Scottsdale area, this is probably my favorite coffee shop to sit and have a latte or tea with some pastries while doing work, texting with friends/family or surfing the internet.

Lux Coffee across the street in the office building is another good option for take-out and food. They have a lot of food choices and their pastries are very good. The atmosphere is subdued, artsy and dark. I prefer more natural light. I prefer taking out from Lux.

With that said, I do prefer the coffee from Coffee Bean over Lux and the basic atmosphere to sit and enjoy my food and drink.

I go to each coffee shop for different reasons and items. Frequently, I will go to both.

Can't say anything bad about this place. We love their matcha and lattes and just saw that they had a SPICY chocolate blended drink, yes please!! I loved it so much. It was the perfect mix of chocolate and spice (pictured). We usually always sub with almond milk, so haven't tried anything with whole milk, but it has all been delicious. We will definitely continue going there :)

Stay away! Drive to the next closest location. I used to come here everyday but for the past 6+ months my chai tea latte hasn’t tasted right (literally like dirty tap water) so much so I’ve thrown it away times and it’s infuriating. I now go to the next closest location, even though this one is steps from where I live. I don’t know what happened to this store, it use to be great. No one seems to be in charge or interested in actually making a drink correct or helping customers.

This store just stopped allowing pre-orders for the next day, which is the main reason I ever come here. Baffling.
