Stay away! Drive to the next closest location. I used to come here everyday but for the past 6+ months my chai tea latte hasn’t tasted right (literally like dirty tap water) so much so I’ve thrown it away times and it’s infuriating. I now go to the next closest location, even though this one is steps from where I live. I don’t know what happened to this store, it use to be great. No one seems to be in charge or interested in actually making a drink correct or helping customers.

I’m done with this location. Too many wrong orders or given the wrong drink. Last straw was ordered via app get to window she says the name, I say no. I spelled my name she comes back with drink, no name on it. I look at app to make sure what I ordered and go inside. Sure enough my drink with name is in the pick up area. I tell her, p.s not sure whose drink you gave me but isn’t mine. She says I asked your name and you said it was … I said no you said my name was that and I even spelled it. Begins with an N, not S. Not sure why she was obsessed with the name Shawn but that wasn’t me?

False advertisement. If you go on their website, all of the ice blended drinks show with whipped cream. Come to find out, you have to specifically ask for whipped cream or else they won’t give it to you. Website advertisement should be consistent with what is happening in the store. Anywhere else I’ve been to is the opposite and I think this is dumb.
Everytime I come here it's fresher and fresher. The coffee is great. The froppies are delicious.

TIP: If the patio umbrellas are out, then the inside is open. Otherwise, just drive thru. That's my guess anyway. Update: Unlike a few weeks ago, the inside was open today. My iced latte was good, the staff was pleasant, and service was fast enough.
Don’t use the “Too good to go” app at this location unless you like not getting what you paid for. It clearly says aprox a $15 value. My order last night was approximately a $7 value. You shorted me at least 2 pastries and still took my money. A donut and a pop tart looking thing do not equal a $15 value. Please learn the process and how to add.

Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru line just to be given the wrong drink. I ordered a medium vanilla latte with oat milk and they gave me a small latte with regular milk. They blamed it on being busy but there was barely anyone in the store. So unfortunate because I used to love coming here but it’s been bad for the past few months. If you are going to charge $7 for a latte it better be quick service and consistent.
