We actually didn't stay to eat based on the sewer smell upon arrival, the messy back service station, lack of personnel and uninspiring paper menu. The craft cocktail was ok, nothing special for a craft cocktail establishment. Too many choices to return. So sorry.

We really enjoyed dinner here and our server was Austin. Super friendly, great service, attentive and he mixes a great drink! Dinners were served hot, presentation was nice, and flavor was top-rate. Menu was not huge but interesting with good diversity. Ambiance was good. Austin was awesome - thanks man!

Went on a Sunday around 5:30, 6pm. The place was dead. Two other people were in the restaurant sitting at the bar. The music was so loud that even the waitress had a hard time hearing us. The food was mediocre at best. Not a great experience. There are too many other restaurants in the area to try. So if you want a relaxing place to chat with friends, I would not recommend the Craftsman Cocktails & Kitchen.

I cannot say enough about this place. First experience there last night and I was very impressed by the outstanding level of service we experienced. The waitresses were extremely attentive to my small group - even though we chose to sit out on the patio on a rainy night. Very helpful with recommendations, willing to accommodate our food/drink needs in any way - overall a very pleasant experience. Had the bao bun appetizer, the chicken wing lollipops and the distillery burger. Food was delicious, burger was cooked perfectly. Great ambiance. So exciting to have a place like this on the westside! Will definitely be returning!

It was a Thursday night at 6:00pm, cold rainy night, the roller walls were both open as was the front door. It was so cold in the restaurant we had to keep our coats on. The server said they couldn't close the doors because people were sitting by them. Made no sense. There was one server, only two other tables with two people each. It took forever for our drinks to be served. Our appetizer actually came out before the drinks and we had to ask again where our drinks were. Our food was ok. The salads were good but the chicken, I had added to my salad, was so dry. Very disappointing, Don't think we will be returning.

We came here on Christmas Eve around 6:30pm. We were one of just two groups in the restaurant and we found out later that they had stopped reservations around 6 to allow for people to enjoy the space. The service was great! The waiter helped all of us with our needs including one of us who had a gluten intolerance.I had the chicken pasta which was delicious and a drink called Dry Heat which was a vodka drink with passion fruit puree and a jalapeño simple syrup. For dessert we had a lemon tart. The Dry Heat was by far star of my night! Perfect balance of spicy, sweet and tangy. I could have easily ordered more than two.Great place to get good American Cuisine with a nice flare and fabulous cocktails.

Dietary restrictions: They do offer a gluten free bun for burgers and can substitute our dairy from certain dinner options if requested.

Just left dinner with my family (including a one year old) and Teegan was our waiter. He was so pleasant and extremely attentive. It’s so rare to find good service anymore and wanted to recognize him for such a positive experience.

First time in. Food was pretty good, not really a “dinner” menu in my opinion. The boss enjoyed her chicken sandwich and I had the Volcano Pork which I thought was really good. Cocktails were very good. We'll be back, but again probably for lunch.

Liam our mixologist was so creative, he made our drinks with flair and fashion!! Drink and food reccomendations were fantastic! A must visit for people looking for a meal above and beyond the "Valley usual".

Started with the Southern Fashion which is similar to an Old Fashion and they were delicious. I had the Valcano Pork which is interesting and quite good. I have never had anything quite like it. My wife had the Mahi Mahi which was excellent. She likes her fish well done and it was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, cooked throughout, but still moist. Portion sizes are large so no dessert. Sitting outside was nice but needed the heater. All in all, enjoyable and recommended.

Had some nice fish and chips. The lemon dessert was great. Shelby, our waitress, was great.

We decided to have a date night on 10/25/23. We paid for the small batch Bourbon dinner. Atmosphere, bartenders, and staff were great. The 5 meal course was not what we expected. Food was cold, dry and not worth the hefty price tag. The owner decided to skip our table on multiple occasions and didn't bother to at least engage in small conversation. I'm not saying it was due to my skin color but it did feel like it. Needless to say we will not be returning and advice others to be cautious. There are other places to enjoy a great cocktail and dinner.

This place was a hidden gem! We discovered it on open table and the food, drinks and service did not disappoint! If you like bourbon I recommend the Smoke Show!

Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night to a 75% empty restaurant. We ordered drinks and when we went to order dinner we were told that from a fairly small menu they were out of steak, fish, and most of the other entrees as it had been a “busy day”. Firstly, we should have been told that essentially the key entrees were all sold out and secondly how on earth does this happen. If it was later on a Saturday night in a packed restaurant I could understand but the place had just a few tables occupied. We left and won’t be back.
