We really enjoyed dinner here and our server was Austin. Super friendly, great service, attentive and he mixes a great drink! Dinners were served hot, presentation was nice, and flavor was top-rate. Menu was not huge but interesting with good diversity. Ambiance was good. Austin was awesome - thanks man!
Went on a Sunday around 5:30, 6pm. The place was dead. Two other people were in the restaurant sitting at the bar. The music was so loud that even the waitress had a hard time hearing us. The food was mediocre at best. Not a great experience. There are too many other restaurants in the area to try. So if you want a relaxing place to chat with friends, I would not recommend the Craftsman Cocktails & Kitchen.
I cannot say enough about this place. First experience there last night and I was very impressed by the outstanding level of service we experienced. The waitresses were extremely attentive to my small group - even though we chose to sit out on the patio on a rainy night. Very helpful with recommendations, willing to accommodate our food/drink needs in any way - overall a very pleasant experience. Had the bao bun appetizer, the chicken wing lollipops and the distillery burger....
