First of all the staff is RUDE as ever and cold mannered. When I asked for a few samples for my 4 year old the gal behind the counter rudely asks loudly “WELL ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING OR NOT?” Ummmmm how am I supposed to make a choice without sampling? Then when we ordered they bark for us to get back to the cashier to pay. I am tired of giving this place our time and money. Also the mint chip gelato was already melted on the cone

I was amazed at the poor service, they repeated the order because the crepe was toasted and the banana was black. It was worse to repeat the order. Spoiled strawberries and black banana. I loved coming here. But I don't think I would ever consume anything again. This was today, November 3rd in the

This review is greatly delayed, but still worthwhile. My wife and I visited this location a few months ago. The staffmember on duty was very pleasant and had my wife's savory crepe ready quickly. The flavor was excellent, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the portion was huge. The "chef" even came to our table to check on us and see how we were doing, and even brought a small sweet crepe (fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce) for "dessert" We definitely needed a box to get everything home. We very highly recommend The Crepe Club as a dining option at Fashion Square.

Literally watched one of the guys making my food touch the food several times and didn’t wear gloves.Edit to reply.Clearly it isn’t that strict if they are touching the screen and their face and touching the food. I ended up tossing the whole crape away because complaining in the store would have made me late to my movie.

You have to buy ice cream with a flavor before you can sample any flavors which defeats the purpose of sampling. Staff not friendly at all!
