Left a line of us standing in line being ignored for 15 minutes at the register. Apparently it’s more convenient for staff to keep ticket times down on paper by stranding customers at the register without taking their order. Terrible service.

The food was good. Went with the Philly, the sauce they use wasnt what i was expecting. Pretty pricey. Picked up the order to go on lunch break. Good menu selection.

About a month ago I had my first experience at the Habit Burger Grill where I enjoy a tasty burger that was cooked to perfection! However my order was not prepared properly as I order onion rings as a side and instead got fries. Today I went back for a second visit and had the steak sandwich which was again cooked to perfection and was, YUMMY! Again like my first visit I order onion rings as a side and today received an entirely different side of fries that were unlike the fries I had on my first visit. Overall both times I have visited and tried different item the main course is on point and that is a 5-star review. However, since the staff can't get the order correct both visits my overall review is 3-stars as I have now wasted about $10 on extras I order and did not receive. Due to the incorrect service you'll be considered last on my options when I want launch away from the office.

The food at habit burger is really good. Unfortunately, the not friendly service and 25 wait time for two burgers is a bit of a let down. We also requested no tomatoes and it was still put on the burger. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Food is fine. Staff was oddly rude in the short exchange so it was off putting. In N Out is nearby and never fails on customer service. Wish I didn't tip.

Inconvenient. My niece ordered us some food last night and we placed the order an hour before they closed and went to pick it up 20 mins before they closed. We ordered 2 impossible burgers, one a meal w/ drink and the other by itself as well as a shake and grilled cheese and paid extra for sides of ranch. They didn't give us our fountain drink and didn't give us any ketchup we requested and left out the ranch. We are 23 mins away and the paper on the bag that says what we ordered was correct but we missed those items. Really inconvenient because we love the ranch and paid for a drink. I get it might've been close to closing time but that's why we placed it an hour before. Food was good, but how are we supposed to enjoy our dry fries and green beans with no condiments like we requested and not get to wash it down with a coke. We'll find someplace else then.

Burgers are tasty; best part was the crunch from the pickles. Fries were delicious too, little on the thicker side. The onion rings were crunchy, very satisfying. Probably would've been much better if eaten at the restaurant, but still yummy nonetheless. Enjoy! Highly recommend.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and fries and when asked how much longer it would take they couldn’t give me an answer. Only modestly busy but unreasonable wait time. Staff was nice but the refund process is a pain.Edit: I spoke with the locations GM who accused me of leaving my refund after I was told to wait 5-7 business days for my refund. Very unprofessional and forced me to issue a chargeback.

Got the best and friendly service from Bryce Decided to get a hamburger and choose The Habit. Sunday afternoon the place was packed. Obviously I wasn't the only one getting a burgerThe staff was busy preparing food and for what I could see is that their teamwork was smooth. I believe that Bryce is the leader.Bryce provided exceptional customer service. A big Atta Boy! I ended up ordering their salad with steak. (Never knew or forgot that they have salads) The steak was tender juicy. Perfect for me.

Went thru 3 different habits reviews for late lunch with a friend.Scottsdale habit has never let me down, and it continues to deliver quality hot food and tasty.Will always travel farther to go to this HB

I learned about Habit from my old work / co-workers! This location was close to our office an they would give us coupons for a free char burger! It was delicious. I then branched out to their teriyaki burger which was delicious because it had a grilled pineapple slice in it! So delicious. They get busy during lunch times which is expected. The seats get taken up quickly so you either have to wait for a seat to open up or just take it to-go.

This place looks depressing when you walk in, the ambiance makes it feel dingy and dirty. Didn't appreciate the cashier scratching what I would call his mop of hair on his head so close to me. Didn't appreciate said cashier using bare hands to put my fries into a bag. He should be in a hair net and wearing food handling gloves if he's touching food like that - period. Oh, and for a good 20-minutes, the carton of milk was sitting out on the counter. I would be $20 that is still is as I type this.
