I am in town for business all weekend was very hungry after a long day with meetings. I place an order through the website and connected to DoorDash in which the order was sent to the nearest hotel I’m staying at. However, they completely forgot my drink. I asked the driver if she could go back and pick up for me as I had no car to get it myself. I never received that from the driver, which is completely unacceptable. And then had to call the restaurant to confirm this. The manager wasn’t a big help either. I expect to get what I exactly ordered. If I don’t get everything on my list, I expect a refund as that results in poor customer service. I will not be ordering through here again

This is Denny’s - no more, no less. The service is quick, the food more than acceptable and at a reasonable price. These outlets do look a little dated and things haven’t changed much (except the prices) but as they say, it is what it is.

When I wait over 10 for my servers then she take my order I set in the window for 15 minutes she then drop my off fill up in I never so her again she never came to check on me never drop my check I will never be back here again it was poor service

Had a great time talking with friends. We were attended right away. Breakfast and the coffee were so very good. The waiter was nice, efficient and funny; and he kept the coffee flowing. The house won't packed but we could tell the waitstaff were busy, and yet we didn't feel rushed. Everything went apace, and made us feel well taken care of.

The waiter on this Dennys store 6348 located in the Northwest corner of Loop 101 and Indian Bend Road is just the best there is . His name is Marty and he provides excellent service. He listens carefully to the his customers needs and goes above and beyond expectations. The food is excellent as well. Definetely worth the trip
