The Scottsdale location is closing so I strongly recommend that you go to a different one. The food was bland, not fresh & too expensive for the quality. We dropped a decent amount of money on food & wine, but left disappointed. We used to celebrate our anniversary here, but never again!
1st time there. It was excellent. A great experience. If you go. Take your time.
Service started off great, but deteriorated as the night went on. I think they forgot about us for about 30 min. Food was great. Recommend the Cajun shrimp and Cajun fillet
Sadly, this place was an extreme disappointment. For the price of $68.00 myself and my guest were given sour cheese and a small plate of veggies and meat. I know that we could have ordered a larger option, but $68 is more than fair for 2 people. The table was dirty when we sat at it and the meat had large fatty chunks that we were unable to chew. I would have loved to give the place a 5 star given that we drove 2 hours just for the meal, but sadly I most give it a 1 star.
Now this was a hard review to write. So the desert fondue or melting pot, as you may say is my ultimate favorite. For romantic messy chocolate private dates (clothing on please) just the cuteness of it was a great 3rd or 4th date. But that was a bit expensive, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I returned for meat. So we got like a soup thing and a cheese thing. So plan on napping, it's a lot of good food. But it was even more money than the what I thought was a very generous gift card. For big groups I would say anything you order will be fun and delicious. For couples the cheese or desert, but it is an entertaining experience more than a regular dining spot unless you have no budget.
The seating for 2 is a bit weird. It was hot in that 3x2 room. But we had fun-I guess.
I fully expected to hate this place. I remember when this was a trend in the 80's, and I just didn't think eating bread dipped in cheese would be very good. All in all, I turned out to be wrong. I can say that the place was well-managed, clean, and the service was excellent. I was really pleasantly surprised. The only issue I had was that the chocolate wasn't really chocolate. As in, it was some kind of sauce. Also, drinks were really overpriced. A Margarita was $15. I'll still be back though, because the overall experience was pleasant and fun.
Always have a great time here. It's the best when you want to have a romantic dinner as well. Ordering can be a bit confusing sometimes but keep in mind that each item is per person. So if you want desert for example, they charge you for the listed price times two.
The Melting Pot is amazing! Service is always good. Atmosphere is relaxing and it's always a great night out when dining here. Kitchen staff is on point and management is always present and making sure things run smooth.
This is the perfect place to take friends and family when you want quality visiting time. They have wine pairing. The service is spot on. My favorite place to have a great meal and enjoy my time with friends. Reservations suggested.

The good is good. You cook your own food on the table, so I can't really talk to how the food is cooked, but they definitely could use more seasoning on the meat. Maybe put some salt and pepper on the table.
Took my mother & daughter for Mother's Day & WE LOVED IT!! We decided on the four course experience, which ended up being about 5hrs. So, make sure you take people you like!! The atmosphere was very comfortable & relaxing, we didn't realize we were there that long. Service was fantastic, food was even better...HIGHLY recommend The Melting Pot.
Food is great, but we had a 8:30pm reservation. They didn't seat us until 9pm. Still trying to figure out the point of a reservation if there is still a wait. Multiple people came in with reservations and all were waiting for at least half an hour. If you can't accommodate the reservations, just simply don't take as many!
We love to he here for romance or special family occasions. It provides time to connect and enjoy everything from cheese fondue to desserts. We enjoy birthdays and graduations or just some time alone
Melting Pot was great. It was a lot of fun to have fondue at your table like we used to years ago. It was a little pricey at $50 per meal. But it was a four-course meal that included appetizers dinner salads and dessert. The chocolate fondue pot for dessert was fantastic
