Highly recommended! Our experience was excellent, from the moment we walked in the door. We were politely greeted by the hostess. Sitting down at the bar for happy hour, we received exceptional service from our bartender Tim, as he was attentive, polite, and friendly. As always, the food was tasty and of good quality ingredients.

They don't have much at end of the night. They were out of quite a few of the appetizers.

I would go some other place.

Blandest, most flavorless buffalo wings I've ever experienced. I'm not a big high scoville wing guy, but even my grandmother would complain about how bland these were. Rest of the food was commoditized food service-level mediocre.

We went here for some drinks and a little bite. Didn't get to order the bite. The badly older guy bar tender was extremely rude. He was upset we didn't know what we wanted right as we sat down. It was out first time here. We had left shea hospital after getting bad news and needed to take a breather to avoid the traffic. This place seamed like a good option. But the bar tender was so horriblely rude. We almost just left. We finally did get to order 2 drinks and he acted annoyed with that. He acted like he couldn't be bothered. Maybe he hates seniors? Im not senior, im in my 30s. But I was with my 82 year old mom. We weren't rude or anything. Very kind quite. No demanding. We felt very uncomfortable there. But I was having a mild panic attack after the medical news we got. We wanted to order food but never got a chance too.

When a group of 3 guys in their 30s or so came in, the bar tender attitude changed like a snap. He was all of a sudden nice. Luckily a younger nice guy came and took care of us. We left a tip but only for him.

Wouldn't go back if we saw that older bar tender then. Will walk out. Will only stay if we see the younger guy.

I can understand people having a bad day. It happens. But this guys behavior was un called for. Maybe he needs to stay home for a week and have a mental health reset. We all need those. Life is stressful. And no we didnt expect him to understand we were under stress and we didn't say anything. We came in with smiles. We dont take out our person lives on others. This bar tender could learn that.
I also gave them a little holiday gift too. The world os stressful. I carry a bag with little gifts for people that I encounter.
I hope his days get better.

Trendy establishment- busy...either staff called out or difficulty hiring as service was super slow as bartender and others working as fast as they could. Enjoyed the small bites braised cauliflower.

The Parlay does a great job creating a comforting, clean atmosphere with really good food. The Edamame is fantastic! Southwest egg rolls are a must and they make tasty cocktails. Love coming here around Christmas time for our traditional ugly ornament exchange. Good times!

French dip without au jus. Meat was disgusting could not bite through the meat. It was taken off the check. French onion soup was cold. Cauliflower was not warm not good. I didn’t eat it but no one noticed Fish and Chips was good. Manager NEVER checked with us. Why go back???

Place was a ghost town with very slow service. Atmosphere has potential but no people at the restaurant doesn’t help. Food was great.

I have never been in a restaurant where we were treated with less class. It was my daughter’s birthday she called and made a reservation for 9 for indoor seating. It was raining and windy and we were there early in the evening (5:30). When we arrived my daughter questioned the manager when he said we would be seated outside - told him that was not told to us when we made the reservation. He had set up inside tables for about 30 teenagers putting us outside. He didn’t like that she was questioning what had happened with our inside reservation. He spoke to the waitress while looking toward our group - he did not seem happy with us. The waitress was as rude as he was and this continued throughout the evening. She was determined to make our time there miserable and she did. After we ordered artichoke appetizer we ask her for additional chips for the dip. She brought them 15 minutes later when the dip was cold. She also told us our food would take longer because the large group had come in (after us) and they would be served first. In addition she seated a table across from us - 7 people and they also got their food before us. That family had 5 boys who proceeded to run around the patio screaming and even running into waitresses - no one said a word to them or ask them to stop. Finally she came to our table with separate checks telling us they had added in a 15% tip because we were a party of 8 or more. I’m sure she knew she would not have gotten any tip from us. This experience was miserable - we really couldn’t wait to get out of there. I will never give any Parleys another chance. Maybe someone should remind these people that we are their customers and we are paying not just for food but for service.
