The Tavern was a very fun experience on a Saturday night! The dueling pianos were lively and entertaining. Our table was maybe slightly too close in terms of volume because it was hard to have a conversation. The food and drinks were priced high, but to be expected on a resort property. My husband and I split the Nashville hot chicken bites as an appetizer. They were a large portion with a little bit of a kick. The honey roasted brussel sprouts and duck fat fried rice were absolutely delicious. My husband's cowboy burger was unfortunately not cooked to order (more rare than he desired) and the burger overall was somewhat bland. The drinks were delicious, notably their espresso martini was very good. Our service was top notch with a friendly waiter who was attentive without being overly present. We would absolutely dine at The Tavern again!

A relaxing place with good staff our server and the bar lady both excellent. Food is good for what it is a sports bar come burger and comfort food joint. My triple bacon burger was excellent moist and very enjoyable

Venue confirmed through Open Table my table would be near the Dodgers game and when I arrived it was reserved with a great view. Service was tremendous and very attentive. Food was great value and delicious except for the cookie dessert was overcooked and I asked for the ice cream to be served on the side and it was on top of the hot cookie melting. They quickly got a dish although I was surprised it was not comped, offered to be replaced or discounted. Oh well. Dueling pianos was very loud but kinda fun too.

We enjoyed our meal at The Tavern. We both ordered burgers with salads which were very delicious and plenty to eat. We also had milkshakes for dessert which were fantastic. The staff was quick and friendly. We were in the dining room which was not noisy.

The Arizona Cobb salad was great! Loved that I could order small plates versus an entire dinner.

Great selection, and the kitchen did a great job of cooking the food to perfection

I got the chicken club sandwich and it was mediocre—not bad, not great. Everything else was fantastic—drinks, views, and service was phenomenal. Brittany was a great server and super friendly. Overlooking the famous golf course was awesome. Would come back but would try different food. It’s pricey, but so is everything at a resort.

In years gone by we often visited the Tavern, especially for their wonderful hamburger. During the extensive construction at the Phoenician we avoided the noise and confusion. We are now back! Lunch on the patio with an expanded menu, great service and revitalized environment, created an even better experience.

Food is delicious - AZ Cobb salad, shishito peppers, southwestern burger, tater tots all a must. The Saturday night dueling pianos were superb. They played crowd requests and Carl and Julie made it such a fun night. Highly recommend!

Food and view were amazing, the service, however, left us feeling forgotten and ignored.
We were a table of three and apparently there was only one server who was handling a large wedding party on the other side of the restaurant.
She took our order and we never saw her again until she brought the check and it was only then I could let her know they forgot 2 items that we had ordered to be served with our lunch. She never came back to check on us or to make sure everything was set for us to eat once somebody from the kitchen brought our food out.
I had to get up myself and go ask the bartender for water refills as well.
Very disappointed in our server

Unrivaled resort. The Tavern is separate from the Phoenician Proper. It is near the magnificent golf course and on the first floor houses the ProShop. The Tavern is upstairs and has great views of the golf course and Phoenician Grounds. It a great spot with Clubhouse Bar and Grill. The Menu is extensive and caters to diverse tastes. We truly enjoyed the excellent food and service and the hospitality is top notch! We're looking forward to returning for a Weekend to enjoy the dueling Grand Pianos in the Evening. The Tavern Grill is well worth a visit! Great Option in Metropolitan Phoenix!

Wow! Exceeded all my expectations. There were too many things I wanted to order! And what we did order was wonderful. Great quality and flavors. Plus, they have a fantastic kids menu. I'm sure that's not what they want to be known for but it has healthy and diverse options.

We specifically went during Happy Hour and ordered from the Happy Hour menu. Our bill charged us 3 times as much for an appetizer saying we ordered the dinner portion. We literally pointed at the item on the Happy Hour menu. We disputed the charge and we're given a small credit meaning we were still overcharged by about 100%. Really disappointed.
