The Vig was crowded for happy hour this Friday! We really enjoyed the HH sliders, edamame (the spicy version has some very nice heat and flavor!), and tacos. All were fresh and hit the mark. The sliders and tacos were on the small side, so the serving is likely not enough to fill the belly. You received a large amount of edamame, so that served as a nice supplement. Our server was very good - attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. We are looking forward to trying additional items on the menu on our next visit!

Upscale pub type food, very good menu selections. Robust happy hour food and beverage menu, too. A comfortable venue that's not too noisy or bougie. Prompt service, great presentation of foods and delicious.

Our poor waiter was completely overwhelmed—he was handling nearly half the restaurant on his own! It took about 15 minutes just to get water and nearly 30 minutes for our first round of drinks. It really seemed like the workload wasn't balanced properly between the two sides of the restaurant, which feels like a management issue. We were disappointed with tonight's experience, but we'll be back—we've had some great visits in the past and hope this was just an off Monday night.

We made reservations and got there and had to wait for about 10 minutes more (not a problem). When they seated us the air conditioner was freezing and blowing directly on us. We asked if there was any way to lower the intensity and the server went away and came back a bit later and didn't say anything, but nothing changed. So, we were frozen during dinner. Our food was okay but not stellar. Just a vast difference from the restaurant in Peoria. Was not at all happy about it as that was the first time my husband had been there, and he never wants to go back.

First time at this location, and by far the best one. From the moment I walked in was greeted and seated even though the rest of my party wasn't there. Had no reservation as well. Our server was amazing, the food was delicious, and filling, will definitely be back!

All the food was good but what I was most impressed with is that I have a few food allergies and the waitress and staff were super accommodating about them. I usually have issues with my allergies and end up not being able to eat too much at a lot of places (I can’t eat garlic and it’s in everything). But I was able to clarify if my food was going to be cooked in garlic and if the salad dressing had garlic. I ended up with no issues after eating here. Very impressed and I will certainly be back ❤️ I believe our waitress’s name was Taylor, she was awesome.
Been here 2x for lunch and dinner and both times had great experiences both service and food. My kids love the fish and chips. Steak frites were great and when I went back tried the lunch special and split the Asian salad and the burger and both were fantastic!

Cute place! Great bar area. Went for the lunch special. They had a lunch special menu. We had the chicken sandwich and Asian salad. Both were delicious. Sweet potato fries were great flavor too. And really liked the dip for the sandwich/ fries
