We were introduced to the Vig two years ago. It was a quiet place to visit with friends while enjoying good food. It has become a version of Chilis or Applebees and not worth the price.
Food was not fabulous but ok. Service was a little slow and one dish was served incorrect.

You can clearly tell that this is a location that only prides itself on alcohol sales instead of actual service. It also doesn't help that the location keeps the doors open so flies are a constant nuisance if you're inside. The food (when the servers actually pay attention to you) is not that bad however trying to get the check, or even get additional drinks beyond the initial first serving is next to impossible.

This is the second time we have eaten here, love the ambiance but the food is very average. 1st time I ordered the Brussel sprouts salad and I couldn't even bite through the sprouts as they were raw. The 2nd visit I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was not one fried piece of chicken, it didn't have any hot honey flavor and very hard to eat with not being one piece of chicken. The fries were cold and not crispy at all. Not sure I will return for a meal, maybe just apps and drinks as I do enjoy the outside seating area. For the prices, they need to do better.

I think this restaurant is beautiful. The food tastes good and I think the manager is very nice. However, our service from the waitress was very poor. Waited a long time waiting to have our drink order and then our actual order taken. The reason I say the manager is very nice is because we had to get a new entree but it was only after I flagged down the bartender to get a different waiter to help us. Another long wait to be asked if we needed a box and too long after that to receive the box and pay the bill. On a positive note our food tasted great the presentation was beautiful and this restaurant really has a nice vibe.
