Wonderful quick dinner! The food was fresh and delicious. Spicy chicken soup, birria taco in the fruit cart were amazing. To top it all off their drinks where delicious and not too sweet. The service was excellent. We will definitely come back.

Good, but a bit of a rip when it comes to the Cali burrito. As you can see it’s basically a potato wrapped in a tortilla. There’s a few great bites in there with great flavor, but for about $20 after tax it’s kinda ridiculous.
I let them know about this and they sent it back but then they gave it back to me, unchanged and said meat does indeed exist in there so it’s fine. So this is by design.

Fresh, fast, and well-designed. Tocaya Organica brings health-conscious Mexican food to Scottsdale with solid flavors, quick service, and a casual beachy Tulum-inspired atmosphere.
We stopped in for lunch and ordered a variety of dishes. The guacamole was a great starter, fresh and bright with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. I had the Birria Bowl with slow-cooked beef, refried beans, rice, and escabeche. Everything was well balanced and filling, even without the tortilla since I’m gluten-free.
The Tocaya Salad had a good mix of ingredients, but the cilantro-lime dressing overwhelmed the dish. My wife enjoyed her Cauliflower Taco Combo and cucumber agua fresca, though the vegan street corn lacked creaminess you usually find in elote. My father-in-law had birria and grilled chicken tacos with chips and a strawberry basil agua fresca. He was impressed with the portion sizes and flavor.
Food came out in just six minutes, which stood out for a fast casual place.
The design was bright and modern, with natural light, light wood finishes, white tile, and green accents. Indoor seating is limited, but the large patio adds plenty of space.
You can order at the counter or by QR code at your table. Service was minimal but friendly and efficient.
Not a destination spot, but definitely worth trying if you're in the area. You get a good amount of food for the price, and the overall experience is smooth and pleasant.

One of my most favorite Mexican places, has to be Tocaya. The food is so fresh, but light and absolutely delicious. The place has a great ambiance and kind of has a fast food vibe. They have lots of vegan options which I love and it's very budget friendly too. I've tried the Le Fleur and Cauliflower tacos, and they're my fav here. The chips and guac are delicious too!

Let me first start off by saying the service and the atmosphere of this restaurant is awesome! Now the food on the other hand .. I got two Asada Tacos and Mexican corn to go. I paid $18 for two street tacos basically and a spoonful of corn. The quality of the meat that I received was not the best. A few times I've been into a grizzly piece. And I had to throw it away. I know that with meat you get that sometimes. But at this price I guess I expected more. The corn was tasty but just wasn't worth the price. So basically I paid $18 for corn. I will never go here again.

Yum!! I usually hesitate to order tacos for delivery because I worry they'll arrive cold or messy, but that wasn’t the case! The squash blossom, cauliflower, and vegan picadillo tacos were all awesome. Can’t wait to order from there again!

The fragrance when you walk in is so strong I couldn’t order. Left with a terrible head ache and hot sweats. Why use fragrance at an organic restaurant? Terrible!
