We had our brand new SUV rear ended here today by one of their car wash employees. They drove another customers Porsche right into the back of our bumper!
I've been coming to this place since they first opened and at first a barbecue is incredible. I'll be honest the barbecue is not as good as it used to be, but the Oklahoma Burger is one of the better burgers in town. But today the customer service made up for the mediocre food and the high prices. Nathaniel was great and definitely had a special experience today with really good attentive customer service. I'll take that over. Great quality food any day

It would be great if you actually followed the hours you post on here, or your website. For the 3rd time, we attempted to come get our car washed & eat. All 3 times the BBQ Smokehouse was closed at times it was scheduled to be open & no information about it being closed! Today I even called to make sure it would be open & had gluten free options. I told them we would be by this afternoon. The gentleman made NO mention of the grill closing at 2 for hood cleaning. We discovered the closing only after we drove 8 miles out of our way to be told it closed just before we got there. We love to support local & purchased a hand washed car wash anticipating we would have plenty of time to eat. VERY DISAPPOINTED & probably won’t be back again.

This was 1st time here. THIS place was clean, including the BR. The cashier was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Was sad they were out of a lot of things like moist brisket, but all was good!

My cousin Karen from Anthem suggested we met during my last trip to Arizona. (5-06-25) I had the five rib plate and sides of coleslaw and baked beans. It was better than I imagined and I can't wait to get back there! My friend Michael from Scottsdale had heard that their food was good. Whoever told him was correct!

I absolutely love stopping by Tom Thumb bakery. First of all the little store inside is amazing. The displays are awesome and you can always find that little something for the most difficult person in your life. And second, the food is so delicious you will return again and again to enjoy it. Their customer service deserves five stars too because they’re all super polite and friendly. When I walk through the shopping part, I always have a big grin out of my face because looking at everything there just makes me happy.
