Tommy V's Urban Kitchen & Bar Scottsdale

I like going to this restaurant for the ambience and value. The service is good as well. The only criticism I have is that, although the kitchen accommodated switching from roasted potatoes to mashed potatoes with the salmon entrée, they charged me two dollars for that switch, and I think that was petty. I don't see how it was that difficult to switch the potatoes. I paid it and I didn't complain because it was a ladies night dinner with a friend from out of state. But, it's not as if I ordered a more expensive side item. Just a different type of potato that was offered with the chicken entrée.

Our table was in a quiet spot, as requested. Wait staff were excellent, allowing us to visit with our French visitors uninterrupted—-very efficient yet respectful. Food was served piping hot and delicious. It was the perfect evening! Thank you so much for helping us make a great memory.

The food was well done, they had large parties when we visited, as such there was a delay in food delivery. They did not compensate for that except to simply let us know.

I always have a great experience at Tommy V’s. The food and service is amazing. The establishment is family friendly.

We booked at Tommy V's Urban Kitchen as part of AZ restaurant week. We were seated promptly and our server-Jake-was attentive. Our meal was delicious - we enjoyed all of three of the courses. The appetizers of brussel sprouts and the risotto balls were both excellent. Our main courses were the halibut and linguine and the Sea Bass. -both of us had "clean plates". The chocolate mousse dessert was light and a nice finishing touch. We will be back and we do appreciate their participation in AZ restaurant week. We would likely not have tried this but we are glad we did!

Tried this place for Az Restaurant Week. Excellent. We had halibut and eggplant tort for dinner.

First time here, checked it out for Restaurant Week. Our server Tanit took excellent care of us. She explained the menu, suggested a great Shiraz wine, and was super pleasant and nice. Pork tenderloin and eggplant torte were great entrees, eggplant torte and grilled peach starters were great and the salted caramel gelato was fantastic! Thank you Tanit and Tommy V!

Great food. Great service. We split a nice Caesar salad and they never add an extra charge. Lasagna is excellent. Their eggplant torta accompanied with homemade butternut squash ravioli are the best anywhere.

We found an advertisement for a special wine tasting with dinner and the menu looked good. I had not heard of the winery Kelhman but looked it up and researched the story behind the wines and thought it was interesting. I booked the dinner never being at the restaurant or tasting the food. We arrived at Tommy's, parking was good and served a glass of champagne after sitting. There was one table set for all customers in a private room. The dinner was amazing, and the wines were outstanding. We made some new friends, learned more about wine culture and had a wonderful evening. This was an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back to Tommy V's and also have a new go to wine to enjoy. Thank you for hosting this special event.

Tommy V's has always been one of my "go to" Italian restaurants. Last night my customer from Australia was thinking of another Italian spot but i convinced him that Tommy V's was a better choice. The Kitchen for main dishes was as expected. but the presentation of the appetizer was a little sloppy coming to the table not a good impression. then the service for the cocktails was disappointing with drinks being picked up prior to being finished. So from a customer point of view the start of the dinner meeting was not favorable but finished strong because of the main dishes.

Celebrated my wife's birthday. We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter recommended another wine that was more expensive normally but was a special that night. A better wine for $19 less than the bottle that we originally ordered! Food was excellent (lemon pork chop and halibut Genovese). Very relaxed atmosphere and great service. We visit this restaurant whenever we're in Scottsdale (fourth visit).

The food was anazing! Service was excellent! The cocktails on point! We will beback next year when we visit! Well worth going flavors amazing with all meals!

Great food, great service and the owner is so welcoming. Open, bright and quiet. The halibut was outstanding.

We were in Scottsdale for the night and had many options to choose from for dinner. We tried Tommy V's, and it was fantastic. Food and service were top notch! We will dine there again for sure.
