Not the best place to spend a special occasion. Long story short, I held my birthday party on Friday night at Topgolf Scottsdale. They asked for a credit or debit card to reserve the bay to play Golf so I gave them my debit card. After 2 hours of playing golf and having fun on my birthday, our server Bre, ran all of the drinks, all of the food and the cost of the bay for 2 hours on my card without asking if that’s what I wanted. She just assumed that because she was required to ask for a card to reserve the bay that I automatically wanted everything on my card, even though I asked her to bring the bill over so me and my friends could split the bill. The situation was bad enough as it was, but it got much worse. Bre, the server, could see my shock and horror that I was upset she decided to belligerently run my card without asking if that was my intention. She actually had the audacity to tell me in front of my friends on my birthday, “well at least your card went through!”I reached out to management the day after the event, no one got back to me. My recommendation and advice, stay away from Topgolf, especially for special events. It’s obvious through the actions of their employees and the lack of action by management that all they care about is money and not customer service. My Next stop, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my congressman, Gregory Stanton.

The mountain view in AZ is absolutely gorgeous to look upon while playing. Topgolf is always fun with family and friends. The water view in MD is still better though, lol.
If anyone is wondering, yes everything is wheelchair/handicap accessible. Wheelchair users can get right up to the tee like everyone else. There is a rounded ramp up onto the green

Brought a first-time golfer in. Everything was wonderful. Enjoyed the pretzel bites, buffalo chicken dip and chicken tenders.Double check your bill before you pay. The computer double billed us for our Bay, and a friend was being nice and paying the whole bill, and didn't know any better. I asked him to at least let me leave the tip and how much was it. I had to sit down. They fixed it quite quickly.

$5 lifetime membership fee? For what exactly? I could understand if you gave us an orientation at the beginning. Wasted 20-30 minutes adding our group into the system, and then trying to figure out how it allWorks. The booths should be assigned concierge for this price you pay here. Servers shouldn’t have more than 3 booths to take care of. Great concept, prices are way too high to do this regularly

I’m a server, have been for 7 years. Completely unacceptable service to ask a table to get up and move their own food in the middle of eating. I have half a sandwich in my literal hands and our server HOLLY couldn’t wait 5 mins to flip our table. Greedy, classless, and straight up unprofessional.Also we were NOT camping at our table. The golf time expired as we were eating. So as far as I’m concerned she really needs the money or she’s the most rude and impatient server I’ve met.

Went for the first time, with family. Was a very good time! Even for novice golfers. The Tee off platforms are 3 stories/levels high and all open into the same green area, which has several giant targets on the ground. Kind of like a giant ski-ball course. The kiosk at each station shows your shot trajectory and keeps score. Wait staff bring food and drinks to your station. Very nice finishes like polished granite tables and putting green walls. The place is extremely well kept up. The bar is very nice as well. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended. Did not eat the food this trip. Injectable donut holes are a cool idea. Hard to do with dirty hands though.Kid-friendliness: Good for parties 12 and older.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA friendly, elevator served.

Great experience at top golf! My group’s first time going and we were walked through all the games and features. Friendly staff, good drink/food options and a really fun night with friends! Valerie our server was absolutely lovely and came to check on us throughout the night. Highly recommend!

The service is friendly and enthusiastic. The food was great, we had macaroni bites, chicken strips, pretzel bites, and grilled cheese sandwich. Played two games with 6 people and it was not too bad. Very fun!

I've been to Top Golf several times. For this event it was a company party. I've experienced a few company parties here before, and Top Golf does a great job tending to its customers. The employees assigned to our group were fantastic. They communicated well and were constantly polite and very attentive. The food was good but not great. We had the chicken and stake fajitas with beans and rice. All of it was fine. Just the rice was a little chewy, and the chicken was a little dried out, and I mean just barely. The desserts were great. We had the doughnuts you fill yourself, double chocolate chip cookies and lemon bars. All together, it was a great night, and we'll be using Top Golf in future events.
