Got ignored for 10 minutes. Literally would not take my order. Kept staring and giggling with eachother. I just wanted a smoothie.

We went and visited this location since we were in the area. I had never been to this place, but the name was enticing.

Walking in, the atmosphere was nice and the two young ladies were cordial. Then it very quickly went down hill.. the rest of this review is for leadership as the lack of training is not a staff issue- it is leadership.

I asked several questions regarding the ingredients in the products and it was clear that neither had product knowledge. I have food allergies and it was important for me to know and it should be important for them as well. Again, leadership should ensure that the staff is FULLY trained regarding product information to avoid someone experiencing issues that could lead to medical risks.

After asking several questions regarding the bowls, many questions could not be answered, and so I asked about the smoothies. Again, many questions could not be answered and I did end up getting one smoothie because one of the ladies was confident in one of my choices. After one sip, my tongue immediately started to itch and I asked if a specific ingredient was in and yes, it was. The awareness and insight that the staff lacked left me shocked and dismayed.

I ended up throwing the drink and left. So, leadership. Do better and provide adequate training to your staff to avoid issues like this happening in the future.

Our recent visit to Tropical Smoothie was truly outstanding. Kendal's in-depth knowledge of the menu enhanced our experience, and the drinks were exceptional. I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie based on this wonderful experience.

If I could.gice zero stars I would. Ceci the Team lead has zero class and does not know how speak to loyal customers who go and spend their hard working money there. She yelled at me and hung up after I called asking to speak to a Manager and or owner due to a car key that I accidentally left and the staff there reminded me that I left it there. So not only did they remind me but they couldn't find it bc guess what? They don't put things in the safe. She told me they throw out customer car keys in the trash and they don't out it in the safe. And to make matters worse the owner Nicolette from nNew Jersey had the same attitude with me and took no accountability not even an apology. Her tone was just the same as her nasty team.Lead Ceci. It's as if they are both related or maybe Nicolette trained Ceci on how to handle Customer Service. I'm very disappointed to be treated the way I did. I got no call back from the Manager after leaving my name and number. Iwas spoken to very poorly with zero respect if the fact that I am or shoukd.i say i was a loyal customer spending my hard-earned money at that location. They don't even signs up that say we are not responsible for lost or stolen property. And the owner even.made a comparison to ? Target. Nicolette Target treats their loyal customers better than you and your staff. Take note.

Place is normally very good, went in on a Sunday night, garbage cans were all out of the storage bins 2 hours before close with no bags in them, both of our drinks were extremely watered down, and threw away my food after a bite.

Smallest $12 salad of my life. Better places than this for the price.

UnfortunatelyInwas ordering a Peanut Butter Cup & a Veggie Wrap. It the total was close to 22.00. I was paying with a 50.00 dollar bill. Unfortunately, they don't accept bills bigger than 50.00.There are no signs anywhere with that info.

I ordered from this TS on the app. The wrap and one of the drinks were great. The second drink, the cup was faulty and broke. We contacted the company via the app asking for a refund for the one drink. They did not respond. It was such a shame too because I ordered extra for my drink. I am recovering from surgery and wanted an extra boost. I'll think twice before coming to this location.
