This is one of my favorite smoothie spots in Scottsdale! Their smoothies and bowls are made fresh to order, with flavorful blends like Island Green and Bahama Mama, plus delicious acai bowls topped with fresh fruit and granola. The wraps and flatbreads are perfect for a light meal or quick snack. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and the space has a clean, casual vibe that's great for grabbing a seat, getting some work done, or just relaxing. Free Wi‑Fi and outdoor seating make it even more convenient. Overall, it's a refreshing and reliable spot for a healthy pick-me-up!

Outstanding customer service. They paid extra attention when I mentioned a nut allergy. Smoothies from TSC are always mixed perfectly. Wish they still had lean machine but I can add the stuff myself still at least. TSC is still the #1 smoothie place in my book. Thank you for taking extra attention to my order

I came in on 3/31/2025 around 1:20 pm,
The woman ( her name tag said Karen and she had long blonde hair ) taking my order honestly seemed like she was so miserable. Before she took my order, I noticed she began to make some smoothies. When making the smoothies, she didn’t clean out the blender or put any gloves when handling the food! 🤮 the entire time she was taking my order she kept smacking her gum, it made me lose my appetite. After my order was made, I noticed it was wrong. Karen had taken my entire order completely wrong. I just simply wasn’t in the mood to wait for my order to be remade so I just asked for a side of granola and went about my day. I will not be returning to this location and in all honesty I wish I could get my money and time back!

guy who works there (curly hair, blue eyes) is killing it! I ordered 2 smoothies and a salad and he had it all ready in less than 5 minutes AND put them in a drink carrier and packaged it in a bag to make it even easier for me. I also asked him to make my smoothie a little thicker and he did great! Amazing customer service would come back 100%

Yikes. I thought this place would be fun to try. Oops. We ordered two smoothies for a rather exhorbitant price of about $20. After over 20 minutes of waiting, with not a single other client or staff in sight, my companion got frustrated and called into the kitchen. There were no completed or in-progress orders to be found. We requested a refund. The staff refused the refund. They seemed entirely lost, and even suprised, as though the order was never created. An initially cheerful mood quickly turned down another avenue. My friend now needs to return to the location tomorrow to speak to the manager to obtain a refund. The saga continues...

Update: so my friend and I returned to the location the next day, seeking the manager, to obtain a refund relating to the prior day's error. We were then told there was no way to contact the manager, and no way to get a refund. We were then offered some coupons as compensation, that had expired in 2022, yet apparently would still be honored despite the expiration. We again left the establishment, with a brutal reaffirmation that these young employees were entirely devoid of any proper training.

At this point, I wanted nothing to do with the place but my friend persisted. We returned, yet again, later the same day, after the day's business was mostly complete. A young man named Vaughn finally remedied the situation. He immediately understood what happened and promptly offered to make whatever smoothie my friend wanted. She was impressed with his manners and ended up ordering some food that turned out to be enjoyable. Nonetheless, this food order was still problematic from a managerial standpoint as it did not match the actual order, but I wasn't the one eating it (hey if they like it they like it). I also tried a smoothie that had a mistaken ingredient, but at least he was up front about it, and offered to fix it. It was refreshing to find honesty after the serpentine, murky route of dissonant customer service we had been traveling thus far. The other smoothie turned out rather good. I found the mango quite sweet and the watermelon mixed with ginger a pleasant and healthy tasting option. Maybe there is something to this place after all, but from my observation, most of the employees here seem rather lost, disinterested, and untrained.

YES! A tropical smoothie is just what I needed! Love the custom flavor without the yogurt and coconut cream instead. Perfect and super quick! Staff was friendly and cheerful—give him a raise!
