We had a great meal with excellent service from Sarah, our server. The wine selection was good and the chocolate mousse dessert was delicious.
Collins Brothers delivered an exceptional experience again. The food - rotisserie chicken, prime rib and fish sandwich were delicious and perfectly prepared. We also treated ourselves to the coconut cream pie. Their more dense version of it is the best I've had. PJ is a top level server as well. Exceptional dining experience.
We were celebrating a special birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was extra special!!!
We dined during Restaurant week and their special menu. Everything was great. Our table, drinks, server and Food was perfect. We enjoyed the special deviled eggs, prime rib was cooked to perfection and our deserts Some of best ever! A lovely experience.
We chose Collins Bros. for Restaurant Week. The dining options were excellent and the food was outstanding. Exceptional service - our server refilled our guest's ginger ale three times without being asked. Our drinks were delivered quickly . Overall, an outstanding experience. We will be back.
Food and service excellent. Server Bree excellent. One suggestion - customers like us who have been coming to this restaurant since the days when it was El Paso BBQ 30 years ago, should have their seat preferences honored. We always use Open Table and always request a bar booth. We almost always have to go through the table dance on arrival. Most other restaurants in town make sure that their loyal locals are treated very well.
Collins Brothers is a nice place with a lot of background noise, but it wasn't too annoying. The service and food were great. One of our party ordered the prime rib, and it was HUGE! The roasted chicken also was very satisfying.
Food was good, service was ok. Noise level was over the top. Value was ok, but definitely not worth it for Restaurant Week. The set menu is higher price than the individual items in most cases, especially since the portions are smaller.
It was Monday so we were lucky enough to get Dad's Fried Chicken. This chicken is the best. I wish it was on the menu all the time because we hardly ever go out on Mondays. Maybe we'll have to try harder.
Great place for a lunch. Everyone loved their entrees. The wait staff was very pleasant and efficient. Want to try some of their other restaurants.

We enjoyed a great meal at Collins Brothers. We shared the pie to cheese dip and guacamole as appetizer. Both were tasty. I ordered salmon dinner. The salmon was perfectly cooked and served with roasted cherry tomatoes and cauliflower. My husband ordered the Cubano sandwich which he enjoyed. This restaurant is definitely on our repeat dining out list
As comfortable as eating at home, but no cooking or cleaning! Start with the best shrimp cocktail in town and a nice cold drink. From there, you can't go wrong with whatever else you choose. Salads, handhelds, small plates, entrees. You can't go wrong! The nightly specials are well worth exploring too! And, leave room for dessert if you can. The coconut pie is the best!
Great spot ran in to grab a few beers with the boys and an app or two....

Our waitress was really bubbly and sweet and while we were given a table time limit because we didn't make a reservation, we didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time to order and eat. The food was good, but not as good as I expected based on nothing but the look of the place and menu. I would come back but try something different. Decent mojito.
