Clam chowder was excellent. Salmon was tender and cooked just right. The cauliflower was set in a delicious cream sauce with an additional side of rice and black beans. The steak was nutritionally dense and satisfying, accompanied by cipollini in wonderful balsamic sauce. The salad had a mild chili kick. Recommended.

Our dinner was as follows -Caesar Salad - Okay if you like a mouth full of mayo but fine dining Caesar should include a real Caesar with anchovies.French Onion Soup - Tasted old and burnt.Ribeye Steak w/Worchester Garlic Sauce - If you like drinking a bottle of Worchester sauce then this is for you, otherwise get something else.Cocktails were decent.~$165 before tip for the two of us.Overall way overpriced for what you get. Many placed to choose from that are equal or lower price and much better food.

Great ambience, service, and food. Nice place! Plenty of well known wine options. Fantastic Brussel sprouts and burgers. Definitely try the BBQ sauce!

Wow! We are not local to Arizona and decided to go out to celebrate a birthday at Collins Bros Chophouse. The atmosphere was modern but cozy. From the moment we got in the staff was incredibly friendly. Our waitress, Chelle, was amazing! The food was delicious, including the appetizers. When we come back to Scottsdale, we will be back!

You can taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. They have the best french dip sandwich I have found in the valley with a delicious Noble bread roll and rare prime rib shaved so thin it literally melts on your tongue. Their homemade french fries are a great complement. Service is consistently excellent, and staff is knowledgeable about the menu.

No menu and cell phone was dead. Screwed. Not wine friendly. Left.

Such a lovely surprise!!! My friend wanted the onion dip but we all chose the Brussels sprouts. We order the onion dip, but the staff brought out a “surprise” complimentary Brussels Spouts!! DELICIOUSNESS….. we will be back!

I've dined at the Collins chop house many times. This time the artichokes were burned. Such a disappointment. The other food was very good. Na his and prime rib sliders. One thing that is very inconsiderate is that there are is no place to sit while waiting for a table. Difficult for us who cannot stand for very long. We tried to get in when it was busy, and asked where we could sit. Just got a Sorry, with no offer to find a chair.

this is one of our favorite restaurants! Service & ambiance are great. However, they have changed their menu. thank goodness they still have the noble bread rolls with butter & Hawaiian sea salt! Our former entree, baby back ribs, is no longer on the menu. we were saddened.

Bone in veal dinner and fried shrimp dinner were not good at all! Fish special was good. Everything very overpriced! Servers didn't check to see if we wanted more drinks. Overall very disappointing.

Had dinner at Collins Bros Chophouse for Valentine’s Day a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The service was attentive and super helpful when it came to asking for suggestions. The Veal Parm was delicious and very plentiful with a hint of spice in the sauce. I am a sucker for homemade pasta and loved the consistency of the homemade pappardelle, and the shallot butter/goat cheese combination was perfect.

Recently bar staff has been more interested in socializing with each other rather than paying attention to customers. I have waited 10 to 20 minutes in a not so crowded restaurant hoping that one of the servers will let me check out and get to my appointment. They literally don't look at you.

I've always loved this place. This particular visit didn't hit the mark for some reason. The cauliflower wings were way over breaded and no hot sauce or any sauce at all which is not how I recall them being before. The noble bread was as good as it always has been. The Caesar salad was ridiculously overpriced for a medium sized plate of lettuce, cheese and dressing. Just not an overall satisfying meal as it's been in the past.
