Unbaked is a really cute spot. If you're looking for something sweet, they have mix-and-match ice cream with cookie dough but I just stuck with the fourth cookie dough flavours. They have seasonal flavours and at the time are seasonal flavour Samoa, which we all got and that was really good. I highly recommend the cookis and cream cookie dough as it was by far the best. Its located in the heart of old town which is great to walk around on a nice day while you eat!

Unbaked is such a cute little dessert spot in Downtown Scottsdale. They have a bunch of unique delicious ice creams and edible cookie doughs to choose from. If you get a small, you can get 2 scoops that can be mixed and matched. Since it's spring, they had seasonal girl scout cookie flavors. I got the fruity pebble ice cream and samoa cookie dough. Both of those were super good and wish I got more. I can't wait to come back here for dessert again! Seating is indoor and parking is in the lot next door. I definitely would recommend this place to other people!

I've seen it unbaked all over TikTok and had to try it when I was in Scottsdale, and it didn't disappoint! The ice cream and cookie dough flavors are unique and I love that you can create your own! The workers were super friendly and let us try different flavors before picking one. I don't like how you have to get a minimum of two scoops - they are tiny scoops, but it was a lot for someone who doesn't want too much ice cream! Overall the place is spotless, the service was excellent, and I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Wow!!! This place is so creative and amazing. Lots of different flavors for their dough, i got sugar cookie dough, cinnamon roll dough** (the best out of all the flavors I had), funetti dough and peanut butter chocolate chip dough. They also make them with shots of alcohol. Well decorated location with friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for all your sweet desires.

Great ambiance and concept they have. However, the dough was a bit chalky for me when I tasted it in their shake. I also really enjoyed their staff as they were very welcoming. You also get to try the cookie dough and ice cream!! Their shakes has optional alcohol which is so fun!

Ice cream sandwiches, scoops of dough, or even shakes...yummers!! Don't let your stomach get bigger than your eyes....the cookie dough is very rich and 4 choices is a lot of dough to eat ?. Reasonably priced and nice clean location. Fun, different, dessert spot to try❤️❤️

I have tried a lot of cookie dough places but Unbaked is my all time favorite cookie dough dessert place. They have so many different combinations of cookie dough and ice cream it makes it hard to chose one. They have milkshakes, sundaes, boozy milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, you name it! They also let you sample which ever ice cream or cookie dough you see. I ordered the fruity pebble ice cream with funfetti cookie dough, it was so good. My friends got different combinations which were also sooo good! Anytime I'm in Arizona i will definitely be coming back!
There were so many different choices here I couldn't even wrap my head around everything! The cookie monster with funfetti cookie dough and loved it. Definitely need a bigger size next time!

We ordered #6 Sweet Dreams- The ice cream inside was delicious, the cookie dough was too sweet for my liking but tasty. I loved the real fresh homemade whip cream. My mom got Carmel Oatmeal Crunch ice cream. She loved it. We also purchased an oatmeal cookie sandwhich. Havent tried it yet. Few side notes, parking is challenging to find and most likely a short walk from car. There was only one person working on a Friday night and there was a little wait to be served. Staff was pleasant and establishment was clean. A bit pricey but due to supply inflation understand the price point increase.

I know I wasn't the only one dipping my finger in the bowl to get a taste of that cookie dough when I was younger. Best part is this cookie dough is edible! It's the picture perfect dessert spot to cool you down on a hot summer day in Old Town Scottsdale. Their ice cream scoops are tinier than the average ice cream scoop, 1 tsp to be exact. You have the option of doing all ice cream, cookie dough, or hello?! Both! From 2-10 scoops in a cup or cone. My daughter chose to get 2 scoops of Bubble Gum ice cream and 4 scoops of Cookies & Cream Cookie Dough sprinkled with Fruity Pebbles and drizzled with marshmallow cream sauce in a cup. My son did only 4 scoops of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream in a cup and two cookies, Snickerdoodle and Funfetti. Cookies were delicious having a sturdy yet soft baked chew and not overly sweet. My daughters ice cream was too sweet for me but a dream for her. There is a floor sign about inflation to get a better understanding how it has impacted not only customers but especially the owners. It was a good fair warning and gave me a different perspective on everything it takes to make what they offer. I would definitely say this is a once in a while treat as we spent $23 on what I listed above.

Neon signs , bright colors, cute furniture and a popular trend - Cookie dough.Came here around closing but the staff was smiling and friendly. Gave good recommendations and let us sample a few before we made up our mind. I got the four scoops and added one ice-cream too . I would say it all tasted good but I can confidently say that I have had better cookie dough flavors elsewhere ,so the taste wise it was just average . The place had a lot of regular shakes ,boozy shakes ,sundaes, cookies ,Ice-cream sandwich etc. too. Pricing was fair . Parking can be a challenge as they are right on the street. The staff was very sweet and welcoming and gave good suggestions .
