Everything about our experience was excellent. We are gluten and dairy free and we had no problem ordering delicious food at this Italian restaurant. That does not happen very often. The salad was great. Pork Chop was perfect. My Cosmo was delicious. Very well done. And the price was fair. All in all, this is a great place to eat.

Sitting outside under the sky in November is the best. The surrounding ambiance of DC Ranch was decorated for the holidays and wrapped our experience in a festive holiday experience. I live in Scottsdale and felt I was on a mini vacation. The appetizers at the bar were delish. Whipped ricotta and calamari. My entre, lasagna was unremarkable but who cares it was fine. I dined with three others. No one raved about their dinner but no one complained. I loved the experience. John was attentive and hospitality. Andre, our waiter was friendly. The whole staff appeared professional. Happy about the night out under the stars.

Excellent Italian menu, and amazing imported wine list from Italy! Staff was extremely welcoming. It felt like a true Italian family dinner experience. After just retuning from Italy, this place really does do a great job on the italia dining style.

This was our first time at Vic & Ola's. This was a client dinner and I was recommended this restaurant. The location and atmosphere were great. We were greeted by a nice host and were excited for the evening. This is when things went downhill. I had to ask for service, we felt ignored by our waiter the entire evening, our food came out cold and they “high jacked” our wine. Meaning they set up an ice bucket for the wine but sporadically came by to refill our glasses. When I turned around for another glass, the bottle was gone and we for sure didn't drink the entire bottle. I'd love to give them another try as the meals looked and tasted good - just came out cold.

Last evening was outstanding. It appears that the restaurant is back to its high standard of excellence. Our wait staff led by Christine was exceptional. Her attentiveness and care throughout the meal was a pleasant treat and she appears to provide her diners with experience and very special treatment.
