It was our first time having dinner at Volanti. It was an absolutely outstanding experience. The restaurant is now on our favorite list. We are glad to find another great local Scottsdale restaurant. We will recommend Volanti to our friends.

We ended up at Volanti to celebrate a coworker's birthday on a wet Thursday afternoon. We were originally hoping to sit outside although mother nature had other plans. 3 of us ordered the burger which was cooked perfectly. As a side we all has Sweet potato fries which were delicious. The birthday girl ordered the chicken pesto sandwich on gluten free bread. We all enjoyed our meals and our service was wonderful. As a little treat, they even brought us each a glass of champagne as seen here. Thanks Volanti, we'll be back 🩷

My fiance and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and we were very excited as this restaurant has been hyped up by all of our friends. The host did print out the open table chit, but I find it odd that either no one revived it or maybe it got lost. Once we were sat we never were greeted, we tried to wave a server down but no one came by. It was not a busy night. There were many staff members on the floor, so we are unsure why no one was able to come speak with us. We waited 15 minutes then decided to move to the bar. Once at the bar we were greeted promptly and drinks were delivered it a timely fashion. The bartender gave great service. I’m not sure if it was a bad night on the floor or if this restaurant operates better during the day, but it was a huge disappointment.
I also recommend adding a section to your website where people can directly email managment rather than writing a review. Because I do not think this reflects your establishment overall. However this was our experience, take it as you will.

Arrived around 7 for our reservation, checked in with host (she printed our chit when checked in) and sat us at our table. Once seated, we sat there for around 15 minutes and never once were greeted. Multiple staff members walked by but nobody said hi or even brought waters (it was not busy, inside of the restaurant was completely empty and outside was about half full). After this, we went to the bar to order one drink and then left. Bartender was friendly but at that point we had decided to go elsewhere for dinner (there was also a very loud and strong industrial fan over top of us on the bar that killed the ambiance as well). Had much higher expectations for this place than what we ultimately experienced.

Volantis is in a very unique setting at Scottsdale airport, close to the runway! The ambience of the location is A+, with the backdrop of the McDowell mountains in the setting sun..... Happy Hour is a wonderful experience of appetizers prepared by Pedro and his staff, which are the most delicious flavours and varieties that I have ever tasted...along with our server Nic, who was equally as wonderful and fun... Thank you for such a lovely evening for my friend and I.... Of course we will be back - for more appetizers in the future, and an Entre too! Volantis is my favourite place to relax and enjoy.......sue s - scottsdale

We did the outside bar area overlooking the runway. I love aircraft so it was awsome to sit out and watch the action on the airfield. Over head misting system kept us comfortable in 93 degree temperature. Food was great.

Value 2/10 Food 3/10 Service 2/10 View was 8/10 I feel bad for the staff. It's one of those places that you can tell is poorly managed and owner sets the tone. Then everyone ends up treating customers poorly. Also, they up charge for everything. Overpriced food, rude staff. Good place to skip.
