Wally's continues to be our 3 favorite restaurants in the Phoenix metroplex. Not only is the menu creative and well prepared, the staff is overwhelmingly friendly, attentive and joyful. Keep it up Wally's.

Ridiculous pricing. Small bread basket was $8.00. No drinks, a salad and one entree was $80.00 including tip. Won't be back.

As always, Wally's is outstanding and Ella, our waitress, was terrific! We love Wally's patio, it's intimate and quiet and one of our favorite Go-To places!

We love Wally's. Great Happy Hour selections. The food is good and Lucas, our server, is always helpful, friendly, and very congenial. We are vacationing and went three times this trip and always pleased.

Haven't gone out for Easter meal for years. Kids are grown so time for new traditions. Not crowded so nice and relaxing. From drinks to dessert the evening was great and dishes to clean at home. Started with draft beer and sangria, shrimp cocktail, pretzels with cheese fondue and cheese sticks. We had chopped wedge salad, prime rib, bbq ribs and steak chili for our group. Everything was served at the perfect temperature and nicely presented. As always looking forward to our next visit.

Great place for a full meal or something smaller. I have always encountered great service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. When in town I always make time to dine at Wallys.

In the last year, we’ve visited Wally’s 17 times as a family of four. The food has always been solid, and we’ve genuinely enjoyed the meals during each visit. However, the service—specifically the seating experience—has left much to be desired. Despite making reservations, we consistently end up at less-than-ideal tables.

Our most recent visit was so disappointing that we ended up walking out. We were seated in the bar area, where people were standing and staff were constantly bumping into us. This made for a far from relaxing dining experience, especially with our two young children (ages 7 and 9) in tow. On top of that, we overheard inappropriate conversations about topics like sex, which was uncomfortable for us and certainly not a suitable environment for children.

Given that there was an open table in the quieter section, it’s frustrating to see how little effort was made to accommodate us. We don’t consider ourselves snowbirds; we live here year-round, and it’s unfortunate that we feel like we’re not valued customers.

The hostess’s response to our concern was equally unhelpful—simply offering the option to sit outside when it was 52°F and we had young children with us didn’t feel like a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It’s hard to understand why, after so many visits, they couldn’t make a small accommodation and move us to a quieter table, especially when one was available.

After this experience, unfortunately, this will likely be our last visit to Wally’s. It’s a shame because we’ve enjoyed the food, but the overall dining experience, especially with young kids, has made us rethink where we’ll go in the future.

Standout food quality and quantity. Excellent location. Easy free parking. Service wasn’t bad but could improve a bit. Overall, we will go back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Walley's Restaurant in Scottsdale, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. The food was mediocre at best, but that was the least of my concerns. The real issue was the incredibly rude manager who seemed to have no interest in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for the customers.

When I tried to address some issues with my meal by sharing my experience with the owner, the owner not only dismissed my concerns but also replied to me in a condescending tone. It was clear that customer satisfaction was NOT a priority for him. The owner was completely closed off to any constructive criticism and seemed more interested in defending the restaurant managers' "reputation" than in actually improving the customer experience.

It's truly disappointing to see a restaurant with such potential being run by individuals who are so unwilling to listen to their customers. I would not recommend Walley's Restaurant to anyone, and I certainly will not be returning.
