Just left there. First time there. The guy working, super nice guy very good at explaining everything. But (2) 3 gallons jugs + Alkaline water was $88 & change!😭🤯
I usually go with Alka1 Phoenix Delivery for 9.5ph levels. (3) 5 gallons for $33.34 per month. So that’s why I was shocked how expensive it is.
I’ll see the cost when I go back to refill my (2) 3 gallon jugs. To be continued…

Love this place. Been coming here for years. I like how they have little carts to help me load my 5 gallon jugs. Easy to fill. Convenient and fast. It’s clean, best ice cream, and great service.

Check out other locations of water n ice they have better service and ice is half the price. Unfortunately I'll drive to another location for 2 bags of ice instead of paying double for 1 here.

I’ve been coming to Water n’ Ice for my household water and ice needs for several months now, and honestly, I’m incredibly impressed. The water here is crystal clear, tastes pure, and has noticeably improved the quality at home. What sets this place apart is the owner—he genuinely cares about his product, and you can see his passion reflected in the quality of service. He’s always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help you out. The reserved parking spots directly in front of the store are a lifesaver, especially since I’m usually lugging multiple 5-gallon water jugs. Plus, they offer carts to make things even easier. Highly recommend this spot!

I recently discovered Water n' Ice, and I'm totally hooked! I'm there 3-4 times a week. The quality of their water is fantastic--so pure and refreshing and I've never seen crystal clear ice. But honestly, what makes every visit special is the incredible owner, who is amazing, and clearly loves running his shop. I also appreciate how convenient they've made it with reserved parking right outside the entrance and handy carts available--especially helpful on busy days. Oh, and their ice cream is amazing! They offer water jugs and accessories if you are looking to make household purchases. This place is truly a gem!

I used to get my water here all the time with no issues paying $0.50 a gallon. Now this guy's trying to charge me tax on top of that that's the last time I go there

If I could’ve put zero stars I would’ve. We ordered a saved ice, and after we tasted it, the syrup was rancid obviously rotten. I could smell it before I even tasted it and then when we brought it to the owners attention, he got super defensive and Snapchat of her hands. It’s been about an hour, and I still have the taste in my mouth. So we decided just to go with one scoop of ice cream just to be nice And he overcharged me $1.50 and said it was because of the credit card charge and so I paid cash and he was super rude and snatched it out of my hand and then my chocolate chip ice cream was so freezer burnt that we didn’t even finish it. It was disgusting I strongly do not recommend this place.
