This review is long overdue. Ive been getting water and ice here for 25 years. The owner is a very nice man who always helps me with my water bottles. The store has been there for 28 years and the quality is always consistent. Ive bought water elsewhere when ive had to but his water filtration is top notch. Im a retired union plumber and Ive built many filtration systems for Motorola and Intel. He uses top notch filters and R.O. systems to produce a superior product. Its an expensive process but worth it as Arizona water is full of stuff thats not great for you.I read some negative reviews and am astonished at them. One person was upset they could not rinse their jugs ....seriously ? Who brings dirty jugs to be refilled? Everything I go to his store I'm greeted with a warm hello and a smile. He sells quality water, quality water jugs and equipment. Im very greatful for he and his store. I give credit where credit is due and if you want a quality product from a good small business this is the place to go.

Always helps with filling the jugs and easy to talk to

Been coming here for over 30 years, this is the highest quality water in town. The owner is tremendously helpful, kind and a good family man. These other reviews are foolish and they were probably rude customers. I've never seen the owner be rude to anybody, but I've seen a lot of whiny people come in the store over the years. The water that sits outside of Albertsons in the sun all day is more expensive than this water. I don't drink alkaline water, but apparently he has the cheapest alkaline water in town too. Don't get mad at local businesses for inflation, get mad at your politicians. You get what you vote for :) Even with everything going on, there have only been two price increases in the 30 years I've been coming here, and it still comes out cheaper than Albertsons or the other stores.

Been coming here for over a decade. Always great service and great water from this location. I have a store that is closer to my house but I would rather give my business to this location instead. Owner is hilarious and a great guy to talk to. Definitely my favorite stop on Wednesdays. You need a water bottle... He has it.You need more ice than the penguins have... He has it.You need thrifty ice cream... He has it.Stop by and give them a shot. I'll bet you will be back.Always have and always will come to this store. THE BEST WATER!

This place is fantastic. The water quality is top notch. I'm a bit particular about my coffee maker and espresso, and have tried half a dozen of these places before finding Ghaus and this one. Never going anywhere else. The owner is hilarious (sensitive sallies beware lol), and the push carts to get 5-6 large containers of water to my truck are a nice touch.Bottom line - if you want top notch water for drinking and cooking and don't want to break the bank, this is your spot. Good prices on ice too.

The owner of this place is incredibly rude. Since my first encounter, he has been nothing, but rude and snarky. His establishment is run down, old and filthy. He racially profiles and treats women like they’re stupid. I am never coming here again. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me. This place is not worth it. If I could, I would give this place 0/5 stars.

Know that he closes earlier than the times posted. Said he was supposed to be open until 5 pm on Sunday. I came at 430 and it was closed..very frustrating. Also he raised the price of the water cards without telling by $6. I only found out after looking at my bank statement. Used to be $18 now its $24.

The owner is dishonest. I purchased a manual hand pump for my 5 gallon jugs at a cost of $24.99. It did not seal or pump water, so I brought it back to him. He attempted to get it to work properly without success. I then filled up 20 gallons of water at .50 cents a gallon for a total of $10. We agreed to take my refill charge out of my return. The owner gave me $10 back. I asked how much the water fill-up was, and he said $11.55. I asked for the rest of my money, which should have included the tax I paid on the hand pump. He gave me another dollar. I explained that he owed me a total of $27 for the refund. He said he already paid the tax on the item, and therefore, the tax I paid is not due to me. I then argued that I paid the tax, and my total amount should be $27 minus $11.55 for the fill-up. He refused to give me my full refund, AND as it turns out, he is charging 11.5% sales tax on water. The city sales tax in Scottsdale is 8.05% according to their website. I called the water store by my house, and they stated that they do not charge tax on water. Other reviews have stated that the owner of this store is dishonest about his sales tax. Beware, he is dishonestly charging at this location.

The owner is a swindler. I suggest going to another spot. And I suggest to the owner to stop over taxing his customers. It's illegal and if it happens again I will be reporting you. Thank you come again.

Today was the first time I visited this location. I had some business to take care of nearby and so I decided to refill my 5 gallon water bottles here. There was a sign that said the price per gallon, so I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for refilling my bottles. But when I get to the counter to make the payment, the owner charged me 65 extra cents. I did the math again, confirmed that I'm being overcharged and asked him about it. He says that it is for TAXES.I've run two water businesses since 2015 as well as visited multiple water service locations, but this was the first place EVER to charge a customer for taxes on top of the stated price per gallon. Maybe he knew that I was a first time visitor and thought he would take advantage of the possibility that I wouldn't know any better? So in the end, instead of paying 6 dollars for refilling 15 gallons of water (40 cents per gallon), I ended up paying 6.65 dollars. It takes a truly brazen man with an extra dose of shamelessness to put up a sign that specifically says the price per gallon and THEN dump an extra charge when a customer is done refilling & ready to pay.
