When inside to get to five-dollar biggie bags the food was cold and I think the owner and the district manager are jokes do not go to that store I think the district manager needs to spend about 2 weeks there just to train the people you know how they say one hit and no more I wouldn't even give it a one hit

Supervisor don't speak English, three times and my meal was old and wrong, I can't get fresh cheese and bacon, look at your food before you eat. Cheese dark and dry not good, bacon warmed up five six times a day don't make it fresh. Didn't give me a refund but kept my food. IC can come and replace these employees.

I was disappointed with the Spicy Chicken sandwich. Maybe because I lived and ate in MA for the last 20 years. So much better in MA.

I came here today. It wasn't busy almost empty but for 2 tables & one car in drive thru.the place was a mess food on the floor behind the counter. I stood there for awhile before anyone came to the counter to help me. I got the code for restroom & decided not ti eat here..As a former manager of Wendy's the manager here should be ashamed of themselves. My restaurant was never messy especially if no one was there. Sad stuff I won't be back to this location

They need new speakers or something because we had to repeat ourselves like 5 times for them to hear us, and they didn’t even get our full order. At the window we told them we were missing our chili cheese fries, and they didn’t ring us up for it. We asked them to charge us for them and the manager came up and told the cashier if we wanted to be rung up again we had to drive all the way back around the drive through. Luckily there was no one behind us, but also…THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US!! There was no one in line, no reason to make us drive all the way back around because the cashier didn’t hear us properly. Food came out cold btw

Just went through the drive through for lunch (1:30pm Wednesday 1/29) and no words... whoever is at the window needs another job because they made it very clear they hate their job, hate their life, hate people, and did not want to be bothered or wait. I know its just Wendys. Its just fast food. But how about your character as a human and just being kind. You basically threw the food at us and why? Because my friend was trying to decide? Because she asked a question? Why so nasty? And why, when your manager is hearing and seeing everything, is your manager okay with how you are acting and treating people? Do better. Be better.

Normally my favorite fast food burger place to go but the meat was burnt pathetic piece of lettuce it was not very good at all and I won't be back. And it cost almost $12 just for a burger and french fries no drink

If you want fresh food and directions followed go somewhere else, period. I originally went through the drive thru but when I requested fresh fries they asked me to come in. I waited for over 30 minutes between the line and "making" the food. I asked for no cheese on the burger they just scraped the cheese off of a premade burger from that morning by the looks of it. I asked for extra pickles, but didn't get that. The fries were awful, salty and dry. Overall old which is the whole reason I waited so freaking long. The chili meat tasted old. I won't be coming back and I suggest you don't either. If you can't accommodate requests, just say so. Don't take my money.

Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic to to dairy, they just scrape cheese off old burgers if you ask for no cheese.

I write this with a chuckle because it really is comedic at this point. Living in this neighborhood for the last 7 years, I will stop at Wendy’s maybe 3 times in a year when I’m in the mood for junk food. Well out of all the visits, they have screwed up literally EVERY order I’ve made over the years. Last time I got someone else’s order, probably about $40 worth of food and didn’t realize it till I got home. Tonight I ordered a number one and wouldn’t you known it, got home and there were no fries lol. I get it, it’s 2024 and professionalism is a thing of the past but at least make an attempt.

And for those here complaining that Wendy’s wasn’t “up to your expectations” you must be millenials or Gen z because only they would expect Chart House quality from a fast food chain.
