Check your receipt. Last night I was charged for someone else’s order that was 3x more expensive than mine. I actually asked for a receipt because it was a business expense but didn’t check it until this morning, so no way to prove it I suppose. Food was also cold and the new tenders were way over cooked (stick with the nuggets).

Ome of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Been on 4 occasions, and each time I've been, food is mever especially hot. Fries and nuggets seemingly fried in several day old oil leaving a dark coloring on the fried food. Sandwiches seem to be dry as if they've been under a heater for several hours. Go to a different Wendy's

I took my 92 yr old Mother to Wendy's. We ordered a simple Daves single, with Mayo, mustard and onion. First one,WRONG, 2ND ONE WRONG, 3RD ONE NO ONION, when I asked for onion the gave me a tiny cup of chopped instead of the slices. Then there was the chili. My mom almost choked on it. It had 1/2 of a burger in it. It was not crumbled or chopped. When I told the manager, all he could say was, I know not my fault and blamed it on the morning shift. I spent $30 on a crappy meal. They didn't even try to apologize or try to make it right. Come on Wendy's! I could see the mistakes if they were busy, but we were the only ones there!
