I took my 92 yr old Mother to Wendy's. We ordered a simple Daves single, with Mayo, mustard and onion. First one,WRONG, 2ND ONE WRONG, 3RD ONE NO ONION, when I asked for onion the gave me a tiny cup of chopped instead of the slices. Then there was the chili. My mom almost choked on it. It had 1/2 of a burger in it. It was not crumbled or chopped. When I told the manager, all he could say was, I know not my fault and blamed it on the morning shift. I spent $30 on a crappy meal. They didn't even try to apologize or try to make it right. Come on Wendy's! I could see the mistakes if they were busy, but we were the only ones there!

It’s decent for fast food, they also offer a refillable drink and a nicely cooked patty is a plus.
I only dealt with two staff members. However, they were both incredibly friendly and professional. One of them was the manager, and, by the way that he acted and took care of the other customers and me, I think he might be at least part owner of that particular franchise. The food was good, as usual. Service was absolutely 5 Star!
