Not sure why this location has such poor reviews. My boyfriend & I go to a lot of a Wendy's and this location exceeded our expectations by far. Especially in comparison to other locations where they tend to mess up from time to time. Whom we believed to be the manager, took our order & ensured she missed nothing and that everything was correct before proceeding. She was super friendly & even gave us cups on the house as we like bigger cups for our water. The dining area was spotless....read full review
this location needs a little bit of training on how to treat the customer. All I did was ask the person that was working behind the counter if I could please have a refill on some ice water. They proceeded to tell me that I was not a customer even though I had literally purchased two or three different meal items from them about 20 minutes prior. It is definitely something that was not nice and I wish they would work on that
