I’ve never written a review before but this place is so consistently bad I have to. I work in the area so this is the only Wendy’s I can go to on lunch and I’m not joking when I say 3/4 times I go my order is either incorrect or missing items. My final straw was getting a bacon double stack and they somehow didn’t add any bacon.

I go here for lunch pretty much every day that I work b since I work just down the shopping strip from here. Today was an awful experience. The store manager is an absolute dick. He interrupted me several times when I was ordering. I asked for a large water on top off my drink I was already paying for and he told me it would be 3$. Like I said I go here almost every day and they have NEVER charged me for a large drink to get a large water. It's always been 50 cents. Besides all of that I was badgered to place my order quickly, not even giving me time to really look at the menu. I've worked in fast food for 10 years (9 of which was as a manager) I understand you have drive through times you have to keep under control. But this was absolutely ridiculous and I have never been more livid. The girl at the drive through window was kind and just doing her job. But that store manager needs classes. He was awful.

Dirty. Waited 5 minutes for help.help was great but no one attending counter at all .
When I got to the store they had an employee with a nosebleed near the food not to mention that the girl who is in the drive thru was super rude and makes faces at you when you ask her for something, HORRIBLE THIS PLACE
It is worth mentioning that I had also bought some nuggets and they only gave me nuggets bathed in oil and (literally the tray had oil) and with a horrible flavor

I wish I could give a 0, I placed a mobile order on my lunch break, once I got there I seen a lady packing an order and everytime she would read the screen as she was completing the order she would just roll her eyes just looking really unhappy I seen her pack my whole order but never called a name out so I didn't want to go up there just yet since I seen other names on the waitlist. 3 min later I'm assuming a manger asks if it's mine that I'm waiting on I said for so and so and he said yes here you go so after experiencing that I was like whatever I'm just going to eat my food then I get back to my job and I seen they have the wrong sauce on the nuggets I asked for buffalo and I got barbecue I can't even stand the smell of them. It's very unfortunate that we spend our money on this and all they have to do is read our order of the screen and still not get it correct.
