Can’t hear anything and they will mess up your order.

Tonight I picked up a Door Dash order and was confronted with an incredibly rude person at the drive through. It was about 10:15, I first tried the door and it was locked, which I know many lock the doors after 10:00, but I checked anyway. I drove to the drive through window, and the lights were off, so I thought the restaurant had closed. As I slowly drove past, I heard a voice on the speaker. I drove up to the window and apologized as I thought they were closed. The person was so rude and said I needed to explain that I was picking up a Door Dash order at the window which I again said I thought you had closed. The person (reddish/brown hair) then said I had to pull forward, it would take a while and slammed the window shut before I could ask anything about a timeline. Several minutes later, the same person came out with the order and proceeded to insult me again saying “here’s that order with whatever you’re with.” Again, I had apologized and several times given a very rude attitude. I will never go to this restaurant or ever pick up an order from there again. Teach your employees some damn manners. Horrible experience and unnecessary for the treatment by this individual.

It's Wendy's. It's the exact same Wendy's you get everywhere else on the continent. What makes this one different is the EFFORT on both sides of the counter.
#Do you need a longer spoon because they gave you a large Frosty with a dome lid (the Wednesday spoons have a tombstone on them that catches and prevents them from falling in.)? It is going to take serious *effort* to convince them to give you one, peasant.
#Did you ask for hot sauce with your chili and for the 4th time, you were given none? You can have it, but it will take effort, a law degree and the negotiation skills of King Solomon.
-Do you need more sour cream for your potato? You'll never guess what I'm about to say...

However, DESPAIR NOT! There is a man... He alone is chosen to wear the smile and pass out whatever you need in this establishment. You will know him. He has skin the color of coffee with skim milk, he has salt and pepper pigtail French braids, and more than anything, HE HAS A SMILE! Always. Whether he's on drive through or fries, he wears it as part of his uniform. Usually, he has a striped polo shirt to go with it.
Ask him anything! Spoon? Done. You ordered no ice on your drink? Done before you got there. They messed up your Frosty order and you're embarrassed to ask for it again? Say no more and it's done! You want a different,*not* raggedy potato and extra napkins? DONE! Ketchup for your fries so you can eat them out of the container, one at a time, while you drive? Done. Done! And DONE! Plus, you'll probably get one of his giggles that makes you smile for no reason while you stand there, too. He really is the best and I don't even know his name.
The rest of them?
...Um, hit or miss. I will tell you definitively that they would rather give your money back instead of give you an appropriate spoon, if not for the smiling man who works way more than 40 hours a week saving the day and our clothes from wayward Frostys, every single time.

It is not matter what time of the day it is this Wendy’s always is the best. Just drove through the drive-through did not realize they closed in 10 minutes 10/15/2025 and still had perfect service and employees was nice and food was hot

We stopped here after a busy day of lunch and Apollo waited on us. Apollo was so friendly and patient as our little 4-year-old took his time deciding what he wanted to eat. Service like this is a rare find these days! Please let Apollo know the service was wonderful.

Girl's voice running drive thru was not friendly. On the way home we tried to eat one of the cinnabons I ordered as a treat for my daughter after her doctor appointment. Hard as a rock!

This used to be my favorite Wendy’s location, but lately the service has been unacceptable. Unfortunately, there’s one employee in particular who is consistently unprofessional—she yells at customers and struggles to take orders correctly.
On Monday, I ordered two of the Wednesday meals. She asked if I wanted medium or large, so I chose medium (assuming that was the default). I also requested one chocolate Frosty and one vanilla. At the window, my total was $28 instead of the advertised $9.99 per meal. When I asked why, the cashier said it was because I had “upgraded.” I explained that I didn’t want an upgrade—I was only given the choice of medium or large, not the default small.
On top of that, the Frostys didn’t have the Wednesday syrup. When I asked about it, I was told they had rung it in as a regular Frosty and that the syrup would cost extra, even though the promotion clearly states it’s included. At this point the employee shouted, “She has to pull forward if she wants me to remake it.” I did as asked, never received a receipt, but finally got my food. I tried to brush it off as a one-time issue.
However, my coworker went today and had nearly the same experience with the same employee. She ordered the Wednesday meal, was asked to choose a drink, and when she tried to clarify whether a drink was included, the employee shouted, “She didn’t order the Wednesday meal. If she wants to change her order, she has to pull around.”
I understand fast food is demanding, but this has now happened twice in a row with different customers. It’s not a one-off mistake—it’s a pattern. This employee either needs serious retraining or should not be in a customer-facing role.

Horrible. Nasty people work there. Attitudes, not even a clue HOW TO serve. No matter when I go there time of day or day of the week , employees are always bothered by u. It’s like u walk in into their home and ask for money. They roll their eyes, bark at u and just plain give u wrong food. Overcharge. Charge for items u didn’t order. They should just close this location and be done . Horrible
