The pepperoni pretzels are ALWAYS over cooked and Not as warm as they should be!!
That’s not a good thing because I expect a certain standard for what WETZELS is known for!!

This place has great tasting pretzels. We tried the limited edition smores pretzels which were delicious! The only downside was the toppings were not very evenly distributed and only a few had the full smores experience with each bite. Prices are a bit high in my opinion especially for a dipping sauce that is not very large. Service given by the employees was good. Overall a good place if you are craving sweet or salty pretzels and are willing to pay a little extra for them.

Just purchased pretzel bites from them. No prices shown, and for good reason, 15 bucks for a cup of bites and a small lemonade. Horrible, soggy bites that taste steamed. Avoid.

Nice and delicious food with friendly staff. Will ask what you need when you are in the line to save your time. Tap pay available.It's delicious, very fragrant, and the staff is very enthusiastic, which impresses me deeply.

Pretzel bites are nice and soft. It is pretty salty but you can order it without salt. The frozen strawberry lemonade is also really good.

$2 for a small dipping sauce

Ordered the Dog Bites. Had food poisoning for 4 days. Highly recommend NOT to come here.

So it's about $5 a pretzel here for the plain ones... Anuyways, sizewise, you get your bang for your buck. It was huge and I think easily two people could have shared it. Unfortunately, it was very dry and not really seasoned.I remembered trying one from a location Phoenix, and this one didn't have the oomph that that one did. No salty grains that coated the pretzel, no butter, and no piping hot tenderness.It could be because it was late and they may have been close to closing but flavor did not excite.At least, it filled my hunger- shoutout for the big size of these pretzels!

I've tried ordering here a few times. I will never do it again. They never have food ready for you to order. They always say they're out of things. I find it weird that they can't bake and flavor pretzels for customers when they're out of something.
