This place has great tasting pretzels. We tried the limited edition smores pretzels which were delicious! The only downside was the toppings were not very evenly distributed and only a few had the full smores experience with each bite. Prices are a bit high in my opinion especially for a dipping sauce that is not very large. Service given by the employees was good. Overall a good place if you are craving sweet or salty pretzels and are willing to pay a little extra for them.

The associate at the counter just told us some story that the minis only come in 3's. When we got the order, they were a whole bunch of them. We weren't interested in so many but what could we do? The dough was raw in some and they weren't fully baked. Waste of more than $7 for sure and not good for the tummy either.

"NEVER AGAIN. THINK TWICE." This was a huge disappointment! - overpriced - low quality - fake tasting cheese (gave me a headache) - not worth it! Trust me you're better off spending $11 elsewhere to get a whole meal! I will never make this mistake again!

Just purchased pretzel bites from them. No prices shown, and for good reason, 15 bucks for a cup of bites and a small lemonade. Horrible, soggy bites that taste steamed. Avoid.

Pretzel bites are nice and soft. It is pretty salty but you can order it without salt. The frozen strawberry lemonade is also really good.

If you want to have a good shopping experience as a parent and brought your kids to shop with you then make sure you keep them fed Going to wetzel has been our trick to a good day at the mall. I'm glad we found the kiosk in the food court. It's a small kiosk but it did the job. The pretzels were warm and fresh and was handed it us quick. Can't go wrong unless they under bake the pretzel but it's my kids fav Lost a star coz the young kids who worked there were a bit chatty with each other but I expected that

The salted original pretzel is the perfect size to hold you over until your next big meal. I ordered mine with the glaze on the side and used it for dipping. Yummy! A pretzel and a Medium Lemonade (for. 20 more, as the cashier upsold me) Can't go wrong! Of course, go here while shopping in Scottsdale Fashion Mall

So it's about $5 a pretzel here for the plain ones... Anuyways, sizewise, you get your bang for your buck. It was huge and I think easily two people could have shared it. Unfortunately, it was very dry and not really seasoned.I remembered trying one from a location Phoenix, and this one didn't have the oomph that that one did. No salty grains that coated the pretzel, no butter, and no piping hot tenderness.It could be because it was late and they may have been close to closing but flavor did not excite.At least, it filled my hunger- shoutout for the big size of these pretzels!
