Drive thru hostess was friendly. Service showed was average. I have probably eaten at over 100 Whataburgers from Tuscaloosa, AL to Phoenix, and these breakfast burritos had the driest eggs I have ever eaten. Not cool.

First time trying Whataburger, I had the Patti milk. The only thing that has flavor was the onions and the cheese. The patty had no flavor whatsoever. Then I ordered the green chili burger. The only flavor was the chili and the onions again they don’t season their patties very bland. Fries were good. The only thing that was worth buying but for $11 a burger not worth the price for me at all I have better food from Freddy’s custard also even Carl’s Jr.’s. I don’t think this would be one of my burgers place. I wouldn’t come back ,the wait for fast food that is not season

I waited in the drive through for about 15 to 20 minutes and the employees were not checking all the items were in the bag. When I went back to the restaurant to get the issue fixed. The manager corrected the employee who messed up but then went to hide. Very poor customer service.

The worst Whataburger in all of Arizona. No consistency whatsoever. Food is always cold. Drive-through times are excessive. Today was the last straw. The bun on my burger was rockhard and I waited 13 minutes for my food. Will never come back here ever again.

Oh my lord! I got a Justaburger with cheese and there was no cheese and so much freaking mustard. I couldn’t even eat it. It just tasted like a mustard sandwich. I’m doing uber so I couldn’t come back to fix it. Seriously disappointed it’s 4 am and no other customer.

If you've ever been to Whataburger, this is just like every other Whataburger you've ever been to. Food's good, services decent, and you get what you pay for. However, I only gripe with any Whataburger, and it is all of them not just this location, is they are very very dated. Whataburgers look like '80s and '90s have thrown up inside and it's never been changed. Every Whataburger I've gone through since growing up through the '80s and '90s 2000s 2010s and now 2020s even the new locations, all look the exact same. They got golden oak trim everywhere, hard plastic booths that are extremely uncomfortable to sit in, and just peach pastel wallpaper and a floor that looks like when they put it in it was nice and clean, but now is so gross it's off-putting. I just wish Whataburger would take pride and update their stores for the next 50 years.
Also I know that they don't make your food until you order it, so it takes a long time. But it would be nice to be acknowledged at the drive-thru that it's being worked on. Because I'll go up to the window and ask for just a single potato egg and cheese taquito and a medium fry, and sit there with no acknowledgment or even anybody coming to the window for up to 18 minutes. And then they just take your card run it talk to the food and shut the window before you can even ask for condiments. This last time I asked for four picante sauces and one ketchup, and she accidentally dropped six picante sauces on the drive-thru ground and then got another six in her hand full and put them in my bag and even though I asked for one ketchup, she did the same thing with the ketchup giving me 12 of those plastic cases of ketchup. I bet Whataburger if they fix that each location and started feeling out just one or two per order and not giving entire handfuls of every order probably save a lot of money over the course of all the locations over a year. Just don't be a stingy as McDonald's and other places that I hate going to and only go to if I really have no other option where if you ask for ketchup they give you one packet only for a large fry or charge you for a package. Otherwise I love Whataburger I love this location just more gripes is Whataburger as a whole
