Reminds me a lot of McDonald’s!
The fries are identical, the bun is identical, and it’s bigger than McDonalds but very similar. It tastes good but it isn’t anything very special - even the spicy ketchup and the creamy pepper sauce.
The fries got soggier quicker than McDonalds would’ve too.
I would probably rather go here than McDonalds assuming the chicken products are good.

FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE!!!! Fast food restaurants are not hard to work so I can’t comprehend why they always mess my order up ordered three chicken strips and some fries when I get home take a bite of my fries and I can easily tell they are refried. Why is the food not fresh? Also, my chicken tenders were very undercooked and we did not give me the sauce that I asked for this is why they are getting a one star review if I could leave zero I would.

I was in line with one person with a small order in front of me early this morning. My order was just items that were not in the bag for my online order after I got home. I waited a full 20 minutes after going back for my prepaid items. With only 2 people in line including myself there really should be no reason for this...

I love Whataburger, but this particular location is THEE SLOWEST I've ever experienced and I come here often so it's not sporadic..they are ALWAYS slow!!! I waited 10 minutes to even have my order taken and another almost 20 minutes to get the food.

I asked for a minute in the drive thru and they never came back to me. I had to get out and go inside store. After going into the store I waited 20+ minutes for a kids meal. Very poorly managed and rude employees.
