I used to go here as a treat once a week. But in the past 2 months it has been a dreadful experience. The waits at the drive through are ridiculous. I’ve read other reviews that say they are having a tough time keeping people. The last three weeks I’ve gone there first to see if things were better. After no cars moving in 10 min, I drive across the street to one of the other places and they are always quick. I suspect it’s a management problem.

I've ordered here numerous occasions, but this one was by far the worst. Had a simple order of a honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich meal with a biscuit and gravy solo. Not only do I feel unwelcome with the tone of service, but I received the completely wrong order. Don't even bother spending your money here. Look elsewhere.

Never got the food. Ordered it 20 mins in advanced and once we got there they “couldn’t find the order.”
Sat in the drive thru for an additional 10 mins before heading to Taco Bell across the street. When I called and talked to Erika who was the manager on duty, she told me that someone in her staff gave our order to someone else.
I get it, Wednesday night rushes can be super stressful, but are you for real? Never again.
Stay far away to avoid the nonsense.

We waited 40 minutes for our food after we put in the order. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, 1 fry. Nothing complicated. We were told there was a big order and they were starting our order after 35 minutes. Then 2 people behind us got their food first. Nope. That's ridiculous. They gave us a free brownie. Why? Because we're fat? Maybe offer a real apology. The woman who brought out our food ran away before we could check or say anything.
