Got a Brunchwich and the cheese was not melted, just two slices of cold pre-sliced American cheese with a small egg on top. Asked to get the cheese melted on there. Said they couldn't melt the cheese as it "would burn". Asked for something else because it was not what the image showed and not what I expected. Cashier proceeded to say "Well what did you expect? We try our best!" Giving me sass and getting angry that I asked for a new sandwich. Super rude and unprofessional and making a scene in front of other guests.

Nice people working. Quantity not worth the price. $10 for a sandwich the size of my child size hand that wasn't even made with more than the cheese and lettuce. It was missing all theextra toppings I marked. Go go Chipotle next door where you'll get your money's worth.

Very fresh tasting salads and tasty ingredients, especially the dips and sauces. Although the menu doesn't boast of many unique or new items, most dishes I tried are very tasty. The staff is polite, of course, and I loved the interiors and ambience of the restaurant. A unique thing was ease of ordering here, with forms available that make it easy to customize and communicate your order.

I know it's just a chain, but I was honestly pretty impressed with this place as far as menu variety and flavor/quality of my sandwich. I would definitely say it's a step above subway and some other chains. The dining area was clean and the guy who rang me up was really nice. It was my first time at a which wich and upon entry I quickly realized you fill out what you want on a paper bag that corresponds to your desired order (seafood like tuna salad is a specific bag #, ham is another, etc) and hand that to the cashier. While some may complain about this model, I like it because sometimes when ordering toppings at once things can be forgotten or rang up incorrectly. This way they have something to reference back to. My sandwich was prepared quickly and was very tasty. I ordered a regular size tuna salad sandwich on white bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The sandwich was toasted and hit the spot. I also got a bag of chips and my total was a little under $9. Overall I'd definitely come in again and try something else from their menu, they have a nice variety. Not bad if you need a quick meal and want to avoid the usual chains!

This was my first visit to a which which location and I had a bad experience. The sandwich was good when I finally received the order. I had ordered online and arrived at the store to be told the online system is not working. So, they started making my sandwiches. After 5 minutes had passed, I noticed customers that came in after me and placed their order at the counter were already receiving their order. So, I asked where my order was. I was told it was being made and was late because the online system was down. However, my order had been found prior to making any other sandwiches for new customers. I asked again and was told my sandwich was being remade due to an error. It took 35 minutes from the time I ordered my sandwiches to the time I got the sandwiches. Subsequently, the staff took no accountability for the error and told me to take it up with the Owner of the store. Again, no accountability or respect.

The 2 gentle men working were very attentive and informative. My 2 kids and I had never been there and they made our firat experience a pleasant one. The options all look so good, can't wait to go back and make my way through each one!

Love Which Wich, always quality sandwiches that never disappoint......BUT.......3rd time at this location that the ICE TEA Machine is BROKEN. First time Peak Ice Tea machine wasnt serving unsweetened tea. Second Time Peak Ice Tea was completely broken. This time on 9/12/19, Brand New Lipton Ice Tea machine.......unsweetened tea OUT or Broken...you choose. I guess from now on first thing to do when I walk in is to see if the ICE TEA MACHINE is working, then decide if I want a high fructose soda drink. Or just leave
