They stopped serving the impossible sliders yet still have them on the menu. And it’s been months! Why haven’t they just taken them
off the menu by now? And my boyfriend got sick from the cheese sliders.

Stopped in to go to the drive thru. It was a midnight run. The woman at the window was completely disorganized. I could not understand a thing she said as she had an issue with her verbal communication. They should not put a person like this on drive thru. I think it is great to hire the disabled but maybe she would be better making the food. I really don't know about that either because she got our order wrong and we had to go back through the drive thru a second time. Total time spent 30 minutes. I just got back home and get this...even after asking her twice about 5 jalapeño burgers and 5 regular burgers, which she assured us was correct. I just bit into what was in a regular box?? You guessed it, all the regular boxes had cheese burgers in them. This is just plain incompetence. My husband is now going back out to get it correct. Time now 2:10 am. Ridiculous!!!

My 1st time trying White Castle and I just had the worst service I've ever had my whole life of being in customer service for 40 years! The 2 people who were taking orders were so rude and incompetent. We wanted the 6 sliders for 4 bucks they had a huge sign but said they were out! We asked for half of our 8 sliders not to have onions and none of them had onions! The sweet tea had no sugar or sweetener of any kind in it! I literally don't have time to list all the other problems with my order but the worst part was at the end.. After handing me the 3rd incorrect order, the rudest associate says one moment, disappears, then comes back out and throws 2 straws in my car window and walks off. I was so put off I left without my correct order and will never go back.

What a waste. Tried the drive through but Ai is the only option and it won’t get you a person to fix the order. Went inside and the auto order didn’t have the option I was looking for so I went up to the counter…. No help barely any recognition and they were yelling and slamming boxes… Nope!

White Castle has been a helping friend during the hard times, working in the hospital during COVID they aided us by offering free burgers! It was the most intense and stressful time of our lives at the Shea hospital yet they made it so much better for us by provide us with free meals anytime we came in! The level of compassion and care is truly appreciated and always remember by bedside care patient care providers. Thank you White Castle for your exceptional care!

Waited 24 minutes for 4 burgers, A/C was off inside, I didn’t argue or anything but cautiously approached the front, and no one acknowledged me until 5 minutes later, 4 workers were standing around, only 1 was cooking, only 3-4 customers were inside. A worker said they didn’t forget about me. We were in a hurry as we had an appointment and we just got off work and had no time to make dinner. Will definitely not go back. Horrible service. Food was good though. But 20 minutes for overpriced fast food is not worth it.

So I've never actually eaten at a White Castle before, but was told about "Love Castle" that they do every year on Valentine's Day. I love fun novel things like that so was actually able to get a reservation on Friday, Feb. 14th for White Castle's Love Castle Valentine's Day. So fun! On Feb, 14th its reservation only, and you're greeted at the front by a 'host' who then seats you at one of their tables, which on this day are covered with pink heart table cloths, that have heart balloons, candles and vases with little hearts in them. A 'server comes and gives you full service dining the entire night, and they gave us a complimentary appetizer of popcorn shrimp. Our server was so friendly, and fun and you could tell she was enjoying making everyone have a good time for their Valentine's Day. We saw a couple that came in all the way from California to join for Love Castle night. The food is what it is, its fast food, but the experience was s cute novel, different experience for Valentine's Day, not to mention also budget friendly! If you can get in next year, I say give it a try!

after this experience. i doubt we will return any time soon. incorrect order. that staff tried arguing over. it pissed off my wife. irritated me snd top it off with still not getting the correct food. my previous rating is being downgraded. if it werent for ok food id give 1 star across the board.

My frustration happened while going through the drive-thru. The AI speaker system appeared to malfunction during our order, resulting in an incorrect order being placed.

When we reached the window and the staff read back the order, we attempted to clarify and correct the items, but unfortunately, the staff handed us the wrong order once again. The items we received did not match what we had originally requested, which led to further inconvenience.

We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed by the lack of attention and the failure to correct the issue properly. We hope you can look into this matter to improve both the system's reliability and staff training to ensure a smoother experience in the future.

Reality Check

They have switched to automated ordering in drive through and it is terrible. Asking questions takes for ever and you get a asked to buy more stuff at the beginning of the rider and at the end.
The line moves very, very slowly.
