HORRIBLE SERVICE, MISSING FOOD, AND A HAIR IN OUR FOOD!!
Let me just preface this that I’ve never written a review ever. Good or bad. I don’t care. But this time I just couldn’t believe the service.
We placed an online order which was to be ready at 12:15 (as stated on the app). When we arrived to pick it up, they told us to pull into the second lane next to the window. I then had to get out and move the traffic cones that were blocking the area they told us to go to. Not one employee came to help us.
We then sat there for 20 minutes without anybody acknowledging our existence. We watched 10 cars go by and still nothing.
I had Finally had enough and awkwardly went to the door where they bring food out of. Stood there for 5 minutes. One of the employees pointed at me and the other one shooo her head. When the lady finally came to talk to me I asked her when the order might be ready and she told me we had a “big order” and that they’re working on it.
Keep in mind we ordered 6 sliders, chicken rings, and onion chips. Compare that to the car we saw get a briefcase full of sliders and two other full bags of food. But yet order was so big it took 30 extra minutes?!?!
We finally got the food, no apology or anything from the lady.
Got home to discover we were missing a slider and there was a hair in one of our sliders….
Really White Castle? This was bad.
Don’t recommend this place. Save your money and time because they will steal yours like they did ours!!

I've always liked the Frozen White Castle burgers you know what you're going to get there the same every time I was hoping for a fantastic experience at the White Castle burger store but to be honest it still tastes like the same thing so yeah you can get more of them yeah it's a drive-thru but it's just as easy to go to the grocery store and not worth the trip all the way to Scottsdale.

We get our bag and receive the wrong food and then it proceeds to take 3 times for me to go back up to receive the correct food. Seems very unorganized and it was frustrating. Originally planned on dining in with my family but they finished their food before I could get mine handled so we took it to go.

Employees keeping store locked during business hours so you are forced to use drive thru.
Employees also making burgers incorrectly and not steaming them anymore so the buns are hard and dry.

From the first time I've stopped her to the most recent trip, this place had just gone completely off the rails. I thought my order was simple enough. I ordered a #3. There were no cars in front of me. I was alone in the drive thru. 15 minutes later they stepped out to ask what I ordered. I'm not sure what's going on overnight (it was 3am) but I won't be back. As someone who had WC on more than one occasion throughout Ohio, this may be the nicest looking White Castle, but looks does not make up for complete incompetence. Train your workers.

The store itself is so clean and I am amaze with the different flavors of coke since its my first time to see plus ths 4 cheese sliders is the BEST, I love how chessy and fluppy their bun is, MUST TRY. ☺️ The people are good too.
